The staff goes out of their way to assist and there's usually someone near the door who points you in the right direction. The contractor section downstairs is also very well stocked. Pricing is very reasonable too.
It's a well stocked store but I dislike that it's 2 floors and it seems everything you ever looking for is down a terrible set of stairs. I think it's in urgent need of a reshuffle to put fast moving items upstairs. Screws are downstairs but the paint mixing department and machines are upstairs. I hardly see anyone ever mixing paint. It's doff.
This started out being just a handy local hardware store for me. Over the years and especially once I discovered their downstairs section, it's become my go-to place for so much more, including advice and materials for basic DIY, electric items, and even kitchenware.
This is such a well run store with super friendly staff that go the extra mile in trying to assist with your purchases. Keep it up guys
They have absolutely everything and always happy to assist and also carry anything heavy for me with a smile.
Helpful staff and a great owner makes this a well worth hardware store to visit for your next DIY project, decorating there windows for the holiday season brings a vibe not only to there store but to the whole center.
Paid for my gas bottle but when i came back to collect they could not check with my card payment receipt that I paid... was told by Terry I have to wait for manager for a simple payment history. Only Jonas was patient enough to look through and found that I had paid for it. Thank you Jonas.

Always great to find a neighborhood hardware store where service is still a priority and the range is what you would expect to find at a hardware store. The advice I was given was spot on the pricing reasonable and as usual in a hardware store I found some other stuff to buy that I “really needed”. Thanks guys and girls if I am in the area again and need something hardwareish you will definitely see me again.
Fully stocked, neat and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they will definitely see me again!
