Countless times we've visited this hardware shop for 'emergency' tools. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and always greet you at the door with a friendly smile! Such a pleasure to have a hardware shop on your doorstep.
Used to be a great store known for its service, even if it was a bit more expensive. Now it is as impersonal as a megastore. Lost their service ethic and just another outlet. Avoid.
Enjoy this Mica. The staff are awesome. Had some weird requests with jojo tanks not specifying dimensions or anything I didn't know described my tank, and the team helped me. Even going as far as rigging a custom piece to meet my needs. I can really recommend the team here. They have always been very helpful and friendly
It's a well stocked store but I dislike that it's 2 floors and it seems everything you ever looking for is down a terrible set of stairs. I think it's in urgent need of a reshuffle to put fast moving items upstairs. Screws are downstairs but the paint mixing department and machines are upstairs. I hardly see anyone ever mixing paint. It's doff.
Helpful staff and a great owner makes this a well worth hardware store to visit for your next DIY project, decorating there windows for the holiday season brings a vibe not only to there store but to the whole center.
Even though its not a huge shop, I always find what I need. Staff attentive and friendly, shop neat and clean situated in open mall with parking not a problem.

The staff goes out of their way to assist and there's usually someone near the door who points you in the right direction. The contractor section downstairs is also very well stocked. Pricing is very reasonable too.
This started out being just a handy local hardware store for me. Over the years and especially once I discovered their downstairs section, it's become my go-to place for so much more, including advice and materials for basic DIY, electric items, and even kitchenware.
Extremely helpful every time, professional and friendly, the tills could run a bit faster though
