Excellent service received recently. Ordered incorrect spares my fault which were delivered quickly. Was assisted by Dylan who found correct parts for me and managed return and replacement with no hassles. Highly recommend.
Friendly, quick service and assistance from Funeka. She went out of her way to take pictures of a part that was still on a vehicle in their yard, to send to us to confirm if it was the correct part that we are looking for. We will definitely always ask for her when buying from Ace again in future.
Well everything was fine I was collecting an item which was okay. My only issue is the rude guy at the door , the one checking the receipt and parts when you leave. He's very rude, I even told him that you don't treat a customer in a rude manner and he basically told me he doesn't care it's not his business. Please deal with that guy.
I bought a Cluster for my GWM Florid on 02nd March 2023. I made the payment immediately. Riaan confirmed that it is working 100%. When I received the Cluster it was faulty. I phoned him and my mechanic explained to him what the problem is. He said that he will discuss it with the owner. I didn't hear from him so after a few days I sent and email to the owner on 28 March 2023 and I am still waiting for a reply. I feel to pay R1200.00 plus the Courier Costs is a bit much for a part that is faulty. Surely we can negotiate this matter in a good manner, but it seems to me that is not the way they doing business. I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU SINCE YOUR RESPONSE!!! I DID WHAT YOU AS THE OWNER REQUESTED AND YOU ARE AS QUIET AS THE GRAVE!!!! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU PEOPLE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE.
Thank you Ace Auto. Ordered some parts from Ace online store. Everything arrived quite fast, there was physical damage on one part. Got directed to Dylan from Ace who helped me get a replacement. Fantastic work thanks again Ace
The unprofessionalism you guys are showing me is beyond any imagination. I made a mistake on my order, i have tried contacting you via phone, whatsapp, facebook, email but i am still not getting any assistance. All i want is to correct my order which is still with you but all efforts are just in vain. HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS REALLY???????????
Never , Never will I buy or deal with this company again ! borderline scam ? When you order on line and pay , that's all fine , however getting your parts is a challenge, *the parts come from another warehouse, *the parts will be here tomorrow morning, *the parts will be here tomorrow afternoon, story after story , the best customer service was when their salesman "Dillon" told me I was lying, and he will cancel my order ! I would rather pay more for my parts than deal with them again , they also seem to be famous on HelloPeter **********************
Parts are cheap parts from china and don't last. When returning they refuse to return them. Also the salesmen are pathetic. We send samples with the driver and they still send the wrong parts and then refuse to return them. Save your money and rather buy somewhere else.
You only get proper and exceptional service when you mention Dean's name.
Called twice I was put on hold for 7min everytime. I was asked to send them what I need on their whatsapp nr. 8hrs later no reply or anything. Horrible service!
