I was at the store for exchange, I didn't have slip, the cashier was VERY RUDE to me. I first asked her for prices on products as I got them as gifts, she just said I also don't know..I then went to the floor and looked for the same items for price referrals, when I come back she looked disgusted and referred to me as" motho wa batho".. she refused to give me gift card as I already wasted time in store looking around for prices.. I then asked her to call the manager, she said " motho wa batho" THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AS U DONT HAVE A SLIP. I asked for her to call a manager, she tried to influence the manager saying i said i need cash, where else i needed gift card..the manager gladly and said she should give me a gift card with a smile.. please please train ur cashiers properly.. time is always money, we waste a lot of time with rude cashiers where else we should have spent it somewhere doing fruitful things
Very bad service. Outside in the line to enter shop all lockdown retaliation was done. Once inside the shop to go through and shop is a breeze because everyone is standing in a Que to pay. They do not follow lockdown protocol inside the shop while you in a que waiting to pay everyone is standing ontop of each other and to add they cherry you the cake I have been waiting almost 50 minutes is linejust to pay and still waiting not close to the front yet. They seriously need to look at a better way to assist clients and speed up their service. Ackerman's will not see me again.
The ser ice here is not good at all. I bought a phone that died in 4 months. I told them I new a new phone but a different module and they refused. They said once you buy there is no refund or changing for a different module. You get what you buy or exchange for the same module And make. If you need good services don't buy any electronic at ackermans. Salute
Well stocked kids section. Also quick service despite long queues. Only part I didn't like was being blocked from exiting because security guard has to check your shopping bag and receipt on exiting the shop. Rather intrusive but I guess they have sholifting problems.
The store is very helpful A big up to Thabo and his team for helping me with a query, they called almost all their stores in the province. Much appreciated guys, keep up the good work. I was able to get the phone I was looking for, you guys ROCK, Ackermans needs to incentivize you
I went to Ackermans at Festival Mall on Saturday as I went to do a winter shopping for my daughter and I spent over R5k, and the services from Portia Khoza was amazing more than anything. Everyone was friendly though even when we went to the fitting room, the other lady helped us with sizes as she was on the floor unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. Thank you so much for such an excellent service, much appreciated!!
I went to your store on Saturday morning to exchange my PrimoS85 helped by Thabo ,he is amazing ,his customers service was superb,the guy deserve all the best to continue serving customers ,he valued me,not forgetting Bongiwe who was the cashier she had all smiles in her face but she promised to call me which she never did ..I'm still waiting
M so disappointed about your security at the door en is the 2nd time, I went there at 4:59, she said store is closed, en I ws asking to buy only the socks for my son, that women she so rode en she doesn’t know customer service, the way she ws talking to me, she think is the owner of the store: I wil never ever visit your store
The service is alright. My problem is that, my bros phone went for repairs and it had been about 2 months now and all I get is " it's with the courier"! Why can't they replace it if they can't fix it? I mean such technicalities occur with many devices.
Sometime in April just before I gave birth some Ackermans branches were opened and this branch was the nearest one i could go to and i managed to get everything I was looking for for my little one!Service was great,the staff were very friendly and helpful!
