Friendly, helpful, smiling staff always ready to assist. I couldn't find the correct size of an item and a staff member went into the stock room immediately and returned with the size I required. Prices are good. It is a small Ackermans but it has a decent range. A good shopping experience.
Excellent service!! Great helpful staff & delivery the next day!! Highly recommended Management must buy these guys a heater!! I don't know how they can last all day in that 'Icelandic' warehouse !!!
Shocking service from cashier. Had to explain myself 3 times and still didnt catch on. Also no intention to greet her customers. Luckily the lady next to her understood what I wanted and assisted quickly. Overall the shop is overstocked. Clothes falling off when you want yo browse.
On friday 19 march at around 17h15, i purchased a pair if boots fir my daughter at?ackermans women.. Both tellers were present. There was a presumed customer at 1 teller. After my daughter moved firward to be served, both tellers showed her to go back in line. I realised after about 5 minutes that the presumed customer was a friend having a chat with the teller. When the teller realised i saw that she was just chatting and making us stand in line waiting for both tellers, her friend casually went to peruse items on the racks...poor treatment of paying customers are not acceptable anymore. Hoping that there is camera footage to proof this. Did not want to embarres?my daughter so i left it there.
Waiting 40 minutes to buy a phone. Sales person helping other customers and not responding to conversation - 1 Star Rating Updated Review : Went across Ackermans to Ackermans Women and they responded within 5 Minutes to buy 6 phones.
Worst customer service when you buy a phone. Took hours to get a new phone. Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all cost if you want to buy a phone.
I always get good service at the store. I especially love when they have the rack with the sale items
Good variety of clothes at reasonable prices
Went to buy some t-shirts at a cheaper price and better quality
