Woolworths Mall Reds

We got there at 4:30 pm, went to the kids section and found that their specials were ending. We took some time to get what we wanted and as we were going to pay around 5:05 which we didn't even realize the time, one of their staff members in a white dress came to us, in a very rude manner, the worst attitude to experience as a customer, said to us "we are closed and you are wasting time, tills and lights will be off in 5 minutes" I'm not saying what she said was wrong, but we didn't see the time and we weren't even aware, however the manner in which she told us was very rude and could have done it better. That was really not OK. I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon ..

The variety in the food section is not that great. They also seem to be out of stock with a few items frequently. The staff are friendly though.

Not very helpful staff. It took a while to get someones attention then not fiendly or helpful. I will not go back

My first time at this store and I was insulted by the security guard. Maybe I am being dramatic but the guard asked me if I saw the price on the cake I was reaching out for hahahahah! Maybe I am being dramatic but I didn't understand. It came across as "are you sure you can afford?" with so many people in the store, was he asking that question to everyone?

@Management: End of the month is not a good time to shop at this store. Half the tellers were closed resulting in ques that went right round the store. You can't shop if people are standing in lines with trollies waiting to pay. Eventually we had to pay for our food products in the clothes section. Very frustrating shopping experience for regular woolworths customers. Rather shop at another woolies store.

Close to my home, all shops you at one mall, places is constantly cleaning, I like to shop there
