Woolworths Grey Owl Village

It was my first time visiting the Woolworths here by Grey Owl and I must say that it is very convenient grocery store especially for those living in or around the area. The store is very clean. I spoke to the manager and she was very kind, even the cashier we paid at was very sweet. We bought mini cheese puffs and they were nice and hot, and delicious too. Woolworths never disappoints when it comes to quality. I'm very pleased with the woolworths here.

The shop is so clean and tidy. The fruit and vegetables are very fresh and I love the croissants. I only buy Woolworths croissants.

Enough stock and store was clean. One of the staff members was asked for assistance, but wasn't too helpful and turned around and walked away when he couldn't answer my question. It was a disappointment.

Always had good experiences here but today was very different and I am actually shocked at what I saw. Head management I sincerely hope you are taking note of this because it’s unacceptable, especially for Woolworths - always claiming to be the best. First, your staff serving your rotisserie chickens were super unfriendly, felt really unwelcome and like it was a massive effort to assist a customer. I Also waited more than 5 minutes to actually be helped over the counter… then I witnessed a really unprofessional incident where a customer was treated really badly by the manager himself after he complained that there was no one to assist him. Half the staff were laughing at the customer as he left out of frustration. Honestly shocking. The lack of friendly, helpful staff blows my mind. The staff really don’t look like they to work in the store and I, as a customer really wont support your store anymore. Get your act together or don’t come to work at all!

Best Woolies around Centurion. Always has enough stock and service is perfect. Thank you Grey Owl team
