Acre Of Africa guesthouse

We came from Durban and stayed the night while working in the location .Definitely a great place to spend the night very clean and tidy,bedroom and bathroom with shower and fresh linen and extra blanket and morning breakfast was great with quality coffee selection .Night staff member on the first night was friendly but unfortunately unorganised our company booked a room and extra aircon to use and breakfast and they told us it wasn't included without making sure, until I saw on the invoice and complained .It was all resolved in about 1 hour but definitely was taking advantage of and service gets a 2 star . Noteworthy details: Make sure you have invoice or receipt of booking , unfortunately I don't think staff are aware of extra added accommodation benefits .

Yes Acre is a lovely place and the staff is well trained....they gavé me my breakfast even an hour early because night duty staff is also trained to make English breakfastRooms: 5/5

This place is poorly managed. Our experience is lack of flexibility by the management. We had elderly people who was accommodated on the first floor while there were rooms on the ground floor that could have eased their stay on the property. We further experienced poor treatment by senior management. I recommend this property to those care free users who tolerate low stardard.

Firstly for a place focusing on sleep... The mattresses and linen are of an extremely low quality.. Very uncomfortable to sleep with low quality bedding. The sheet had donsies on it which scratched my leg. No a very friendly vibe at all, and people look at you suspiciously. Thankfully this was only for 1 Night. In reply to your comment on my review, Acres of Africa, not once did I say I wanted to create my own party in your facilities, so no sure why you mumbling such nonsense. Perhaps after 10 years it's time to update your linen so people can actually sleep comfortably and not have their legs scratched by your sheeting and duvet.

Wife and I stayed there last night was amazing again . They were very helpful. We had problem with the kettle tripping the plugs they sorted it out straight away. Also they are very polite and friendly. The food was very yummy and fresh, A small suggestion in the dinning area they should have some music or radio playing. Some back round news Wife and I will be back there soon Thank you
