Food is always tasty , make sure you order mild if you can't handle hot food, take a small container of hot sauce if you want an extra kick. Staff a re friendly and food quality is consistent. Order ahead if you know what you want for sit in ,and take away is easy due to the foil packaging. COVID precious are taken and tablets are sanitised after each sitting. A good choice for an affordable tasty meal.

Fabulous food fit for a king. I had the perfectly grilled lemon butter Lobster with crispy chips & delectable butternut creamed spinach. Sandton City Adega Express is the best, been going there since Schlotskys closed and never ever had a bad experience. It beats the Adega Restaurants hands down. Ask them about the Steak & Prawn combo….it’s not on the menu, another winner. Keep up the good quality guys.

The food here is amazing... Such bang for your buck... It can get very busy so be willing to wait in a line... The food is always fresh and prepared to perfection. The service is friendly...

If i could give it a 0, i would or even a minus 5 The only yhing saving this place is some of the staff The food, Livers were ok, nothing to write home about The chicken burger bun was wet underneath, lacked taste, will give it a 1 out of 5 The steak wad extremely dry had a lemon and herb flavour, who does steak in lemon flavour When i called the manager he said that this is how it is prepared, the explanation for the cheese burger bun being wet underneath, was becuse it has sauce and i requested it with cheese, im just glad my kids ate at other food establishments in the sandton city food court In this day and age where cost of living is high, ewting out has almost become a luxury for some, this was really a waste of my good money, i will never ever return to this food place again.

Good staff. Sometime place gets busy, they will ignore you. Need to improve there. Food is good and pretty consistent. Try the chicken rissoles. They are my favourite in this place.

The Portuguese steak is wonderful and the meat is soooo tender surprisingly even better than The Butcher in Nelson Mandela Square !!! The Portuguese chicken is another delicious dish I had never seen anywhere else and their mild sauce is incredibly tasty ! I ended up coming there multiple times during my stay in Sandton prices are very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone looking to avoid the usual burgers in the shopping mall.

04.01.2019 Tried out another spot close by, wanted something spicy. Ordered the Chicken Curry and Rice. Arrived nice and hot. Alot of rice and reasonable portion of chicken. Tasty, but found the chicken pieces were not as tender or juicy.

Amazing Tasting Chicken and Pasta! Adega Sandton has always delivered consistent excellent quality food from my experience over the last few years. Keep it up! Attached are pictures of a full chicken well done with extra sauce and a vegetable pasta. Absolutely divine!

Hubby ordered a prego beef burger It was a peace of steak under cooked with a horrible pepper sauce I ordered a tasteless praw wrap Hardly any prawns filled with lettuce Thick big tomatoes And no flavor at all My husband's parents ordered chicken which they enjoyed Service was terrible And they charge a service fee with out asking if we want to pay for it Very disappointed. Parking: Horrible food and service

Unfortunately recently found out this place is not NIHT certified halaal any longer as under new ownership. But before fully halaal and never had a bad experience over here! Really enjoy their Portuguese chicken paired with the side veg, always ask for extra sauce. The prawn rissoles are really good. The livers with the side Portuguese roll is really good, could have this as a meal instead of a starter as the portion is quite big! Enjoy their meals every time.
