Great open space, with welcoming airport personnel assistance. Not fully  compatible for people on a wheelchair but the stuff will surely assist. Not alot of shop to explore when waiting for your flight. I must say it's a great entry to the great country

Dainty port resting in a faraway distance from the busy city centres of Windhoek. On site there are shops and restaurants. I like how simple the airport is. For someone who gets lost easily, Hosea is easy to navigate. Moreover, there are amenities such as MTC telecommunicator and ATM for convenience. Signs are easy to navigate.

A very small neat airport. If you have an early flight make sure you're not too early as the airport only allows commuters in after 4.30am. It also appeared that you cannot wait at the airport if you are stranded as it was shut down completely including the gas station that was also not open at around 4.30am. If you also plan on renting a car it's best to book in advance as all the car companies are very busy due to the country being sparely populated. A private vehicle appeared to be one of the most used modes of transport except in the city where there were numbered vehicle taxis.

It isn't the biggest airport that you can visit around the world but still there is everything what you need before your departure. Before the security check and also after that point re still some options where to buy food, drinks, and even souvenirs. It is a bit far away from the City and the transportation is overpriced vuz there isn't any bus from the city. Thank you

Airport is efficiently managed and staff friendly and professional.!  The new Taste restaurant this morning resorted to some things else though. The waitress and service was good, but the supervisor was not...  A request to change a tv channel resulted in a disagreement and with only 4 customers at that time. To add a disappointment, they are SUPER pricy unfortunately...  Coffee was good at least.

What an improvement since my last visit. International terminal totally refurbished. Very impressed!

For most part the service is good. customs staff  are angry with everyone for no reason.  But the airport shuttle services are very nice, friendly and helpful. They are welll organized and vehicles are in good condition. The prices are fare . five stars to airport shuttle operators.

Nice airport. Stuff is working fast

I was looking for a 3.5 rating here but leaned towards 4. I visited Nam about 3 years ago and the state of the airport was really disappointing - it was dirty and outdated.  Fast forward to 2022 - and I must admit, they've done some nice upgrades, a bit of curio shops, and the restaurants looks a bit more sleek.  There is still more potential to unlock, though, but definitely a more pleasant experience.

They tried to charge me 105ND for parking over the allotted 5 min for drop and go by 2min. They finally let me through when I proved to them that there is zero signage saying that it is 5 min max, or you will have to pay 105. If I’d known that, I either would have been quicker or would not have parked there. Thieves!!
