. Allows hoards of queue-cutters to rush ahead and go through the gates while other timeous passengers stand back and watch themselves getting late for their flight, an actual fight eventually broke out. The stewards response? ''they are just asking to go forward because they are late, next time it could be you.'' - What amazingly South African logic. . Run the way the country is -badly.

Just got ripped off for parking. Was parked for 45mins and got a R60.00 ticket to pay. Had to look for a working pay point., nothing. Had to go to their tickets office.  When I saw the queue of angry customers,  I knew that the smile was going to dissappear from my face. It certainly did. Daylight robbery.  R60.00 for less that an hour parking.

Great airport , staff only real let down , they just there , not there to help

This airport is a shocker. More like a gangsters getaway. Shops are badly lit. Nothing exciting  or progressive about this airport.

5 days waiting for my luggage arrived at ORTambo a week after it arrived there and 10 days after my flight arrives.  No one has given me any information. 1 in 10 calls no one answers the phone.10 days no clothes. No communication or feedback.

ACSA, please please sort out the parking machines/booms at OR Tambo. The ticket machines print out 'unreadable tickets' or tickets that do not allow you to exit at the booms. They frequently do not accept cash or credit cards. It is a total embarrassment when you have international tourists, a great start to what this country has to offer. The problems have been going on for months and months, sort out your problems or keep the booms open until you get the issue sorted

You get transferred and They never pick their phones. Service not good

The company is too big its nice people are friendly and they welcome you with a smile .it's so quiet.  But entrance is hard to find you can get lost if you not focused. But the place is very nice

29 August 2022. Flysafair flight FA232 leaving from or tambo to port elizabeth at 1735 pm. No use of tablets to check in guests. There is no order in the normal queue which looks like 2 queues. The staff is just ticking people's tickets with pens. Doesn't feel safe before going on the flight.

Below average.. Last time I flew they displayed the incorrect conveyor belt for baggage collection. This time while I'm waiting to board, my flight and gate aren't displayed. Found the gate, but it's different to what's printed on the boarding pass. Also, a suggestion.. activate your Windows as per the photo. Surprising that ACSA can't manage simple things like this...
