I have been getting my brows done for years, due to having very full natural bushy brows. But for a first time customer and my very first appointment at Lazerlicious Aesthetic Clinic & Spa for a brow mapping, thread and tint, it was appalling!I walked into the treatment room with two full bushy brows and left with thin unsymmetrical brows; from bad to worse!  My entire eyebrow treatment from beginning to end took the therapist at least 25 minutes to complete. Alarm bells should have rung! When I finally saw myself in the mirror, I was horrified. My brows looked worse than what I came into the spa with. The fullness of my untamed brows were gone.  In hindsight, I should have told the therapist it was awful but I was so horrified at what she had done that I immediately paid and left.  I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this establishment.

I got a Spa Manicure & Pedicure from a voucher I got as a Christmas present and wow!!! Raeesa the lady at the front desk was so patient and helpful which did a lot to alleviate my social anxiety, as I haven't been to this beauty clinic before. Andile the lovely nail tech made me feel like a complete princess  I've never had a pedicure before so I was a little nervous about someone touching my feet but she was so friendly and welcoming and made feel totally at ease! May was also especially friendly and everyone there was welcoming and courteous. I felt absolutely gorgeous walking out of there and I will definitely be back after pay day - a truly lovely experience for sure! Thank you guys

Very polite and friendly staff. The place is always neat and clean and you can always feel comfortable asking any questions you may have. Highly recommend.
