HORRIBLE. it is as if the workers are forced to do thier jobs and when they do it they do it will no care and pride while doing i anyhow. you can ring the bell and no one will come for 10 minutes.  you could ask for something you either won't get even if you ask 10 times or it will be late. they always administer medication at the wrong times. they are rude and have attitudes when speaking to me or my visitors.  food was average. they sometimes bring the wrong food items.  used to love St annes but it has gone to the dog, the nursing and staff need a serious wake up.

Absolute worst service. My wife and I rushed my daughter to the hospital at 12am, checked in, took two hours for a doctor to see my daughter whilst she is suffering with severe fever. On top of it all we have to bring our son who is four years old at such early hours of the morning. When you ask what's taking so long, you get a short answer as if there is no compassion and sincerity towards the situation. You pay so much for medical aids in this country, with access to some of the best hospitals, but the service is just terrible.

My elderly mom is currently in St Anne’s and we are disgusted at how she is basically being neglected. She was admitted last week, then discharged before her health issue was under control, then we had to re-admit her and she has been ignored even though she should have been on a drip for the last 24 hours!… the nursing staff ‘did not see it’ on the doctors instructions?! … despite her asking the staff repeatedly to put in the drip. Absolutely shocking lack of care!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Had 3 surgeries done in a space of 1 month and this used to be one of the best hospitals but not anymore. The daytime staff are too busy doing God knows what to attend to ur needs. And on top of that all of them stick together and put up the best false pretenses by the doctors. A good training in empathy, and what it means to be a Healthcare "professional" is needed. No help after multiple requests. Will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Would never subject myself to such aweful treatment ever again. There are plenty other private hospitals and even if it means paying more, i would rather go there. Just waiting for my treatment to be finalised and get the hell out of here. The nurses think they are doctors and laugh amongst themselves when they talk about u, thinking u are asleep or don't understand their languages.

I have never been as disappointed in a hospital as I am in St Anne's. It used to be superb but now it is a bit of a dump. The nurses often have a don't care, surly attitude and very little concern or consideration for their patients. I hope I never end up there again!

Had my baby there on 2/08/22 - the maternity ward is world class, nurses were absolutely phenomenal and even when being rushed into an emergency ceasar they were so compassionate. Your reception/admission staff however have AWFUL attitudes. I've been to this hospital twice and both times we were treated like we were bothering them, they really need to work on their customer service.

Thank you to the St Anne’s casualty staff. I was so impressed with your service. Staff super friendly. My last visit to the hospital was in 2014, when I gave birth to my daughter. I have since been hearing of bad service etc etc , however I didn’t experience that at all this Tuesday. I remember calling my sister just let her know of how impressed I was with the level of service . To management Whatever it is that you currently doing, it is surely working!

Everytime I visited this hospital it was a nightmare ,nursing care was ok ,irresponsible when medication is administered, missed doses ,imagine the patient having to remind the nurse that its time for meds.Level of noise unbearable. Terrible hospital due to extremely poor nursing staff who are badly managed and with a don't care attitude. Basic help not given to sick patients. Some won't even help you drink water when you are too weak to do so yourself. They ignore calls for help. They will not help you to bath or dress even if they can see you cannot do so on your own. Heating / cooling facilities do not work. Some good doctors, others look to make as much money out of your medical aid as possible. Basically this is a hospital providing the same level of care and expertise as a state hospital but at private care rates. The other private hospitals like Mediclinic, Midlands, etc provide far better care. These other hospitals may share the same doctors though. Of utmost importance is for management to address the nursing staff's attitudes and manage them more effectively. This will improve the service of the hospital the most. Sick patients need care and empathy. Not disrespect and no help.

My son Got admitted on the 23rd of February 2023 in the pediatric ward and I must say wow...st Anne's used to my go to hospital and suprisely we got the worst treatment ever, am soooo disappointed!!!!the nurses are horrible,  no companionship whatsoever ,  all they care about is literally being at work and knocking off, no customer care, no friendliness,  I was devastated to be in that hospital with a child I will never set my foot in that place
