It's very beautiful...im going to live here for a year n I'm comfortable, yet, the main kitchen doesn't look like a kitchen at all just a storage room with a 2 plate stove and a fridge. There's s a pool though
DO NOT STAY!! The staff was pleasant and tried to be accommodating but the rooms were horrible. We booked 2 separate rooms and between them, broken toilet, broken shower, broken AC, no towels and very dirty. We got 2 new rooms, one was decent enough to sleep but the other... no towels, no toilet paper, very dirty bedding with blood on the sheets.
Liked it. Although it was a little too small for a family of 5. Otherwise excellent ! The pace has a nice pool to swim in. As well as a communal kitchen wit the normal kitchen utensils. This lodge is in Universitas in Bloemfontein in town and as good for short overnight stays.
Horrible service, no towels in bathroom, dirty room and they refused to refund the change. They actually promised they would give us our change but never did and it's been 2 months. It's my left over money!Rooms: 1/5
The grading should be reviewed. There were no towels in the room, no toilet paper and it was not clean. Breakfast definately not as advertised on the website.Rooms: 2/5
The Place is not good... They don't change our sheets, they don't clean our rooms properly and they don't change towels everyday.. I've been there for a month........And its not nice to always complain every time when you arrive from work.
What a disgusting and filthy place!!! No warm water, linen is so dirty with marks all over it, kettle is standing on couch, cushions on couch is very dirty, there is no milk or water in fridge, no shower but a pipe is against the wall with no connection nor showerhead, blinds and curtains is in a devastating condition. Curtains can't open up and blinds can't close for privacy, no window or aircon for fresh air or ventalation, drywall as a wall between rooms, matrress is worned out, bad hospitality skills. This guesthouse is NOT recommemded to anyone!!! This is on a 1 star grading and nothing more. It certainly doesn't derserve a 4 star grading.
It's a nice place,enjoyed my stay....
Complaints: 1 wifi is absolutely useless 2 latch in bathroom window broken off 3 handle bar for towel broken off 4 TV well sort of broken black flashes loses sound etc 5 rooms are very close to each other and it kinda makes you uncomfortable when next to people are newly wed Reasons for three stars: 1 excellent and speedy service 2 food quality is spectacular 3 water pressure in shower is amazing 4 comfy beds Overall not a bad place it's actually nice but for reasons listed above 3 out of 5 is the best I could give without lying
I did not stay at African lodge but Summer place. The place you incorrectly notify everyone as permanently closed. This is a cowards attempt on your side to force people with business to pay a subscription fee to feature on Google
