Our trip was first cancelled because of bad weather conditions. As Aim Cape Tours takes care of the safety of their customers, they cancelled the tour. The service was great. They contacted us via Telephone, WhatsApp and Google Chat and offered us several options to reschedule the trip. They answered really fast and tried very Hard for us to have a good experience! Very nice tour guide, well organised, had a lot of knowledge. We went to Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Boulders beach to see the penguins! On the way a couple of towns, Chapmans Peak, and some stops for pictures. He picked us up from our hotel, he was on time, the car was comfortable, we spent the day together! Very pleasant tour. I would recommend this tour guide!

As a visitor from Joburg I wanted to enjoy the two days I had to tour without the stress of driving or looking for places of interest in a city foreign to me. I searched the tour sites and came across Aim Cape Tours. I contacted Aimable from the tour company and asked him to put together a 2 day tour of Cape Town. He got back to me with a fantastic itenary that covered the entire city over the two day. The price he quoted was among the most reasonable compared to other tour operators. I paid a 50% deposit and told Aim that I would settle the balance when I was in Cape Town. I arrived at my guest house in Table View on the 26th December 2019 and my wife and I settled in and rested after the long drive from Oudtshoorn where we stopped overnight. Aim contacted me for the address saying that he would pick us up for the first day of our tour at 9:00. Well, to my surprise he arrived at my guest house perfectly on time. The car was absolutely clean inside and outside. He greeted us with a warm smile and we proceeded with Day 1 of the tour. Since we were going to go to Table Mountain that day, he had WhatsApped us earlier to carry warm clothes as it could get very cold and windy. True to his word the weather was as predicted. He dropped us at the queue and went of to park the car and got back to purchase the tickets while we followed the very long queue to the cable way. Throughout our tour Aim commented on the suburbs we passed along the way and some interesting history of the places. My wife and I were impressed with his knowledge of the city and his excellent driving skills. We felt safe throughout our tour and well informed on all the places of interest that we visited. He offered us cool bottled water as part of the service which was indeed refreshing. I must conclude that the service provided by Aim is well deserved of the 5 stars I gave him and highly recommend Aim Cape Tours if you are planning a stress free tour of the Mother City.
