I absolutely loved this hotel and the staff! People at the front desk and the concierge were very helpful. It is a modern and high tech establishment in an old historic building! Elevators are all digital and the rooms have steam iron. Roof top bar has the best views of Paris. I wish I had time to checkout the spa but I am looking forward to experiencing it next time I am in Paris. The breakfast is fantastic and they have gluten free breads.

I am a member of the Kimpton Inner Circle and to my understanding I am guaranteed at least a one room upgrade. I checked in early as my flight from USA was on time and they told me to come back at noon - to pick up my key. The room I was assigned was the room I initially booked and when checked downstairs why I was not upgraded they explained that the hotel was chock full. I tried once more the next day and met with same result. My stay was for 5 nights. On the second morning as I was having breakfast a manager came over to tell me that they had a cancellation and if I did not mind moving, once the suite they had planned to give me was cleaned, I could have the Presidential Suite for the balance of my stay. This is something that usually happens to others and not me. The apartment was fantastic with wrap around terrace Parisienne style which means they are narrow with beautifully furnished rooms rooms. I did meet Laetitia, the General Manager one morning at breakfast who spent some of her precious time explaining what happened. I gave them the 5 stars because the hotel warrants it and the elegant manner that they resolved my complaint. I usually have stayed at the Grand Hotel across the street, but I have now found a new favorite in Paris. By the way, the tasting menu lunch was delicious. Thank you all.

Amazing Paris experience in the heart of city...perfect location, ambiance, service! Staff was outstanding, restaurant was delicious although not French food which was fine since I was sick of the heavy french fare everywhere else....decor was beautiful and very French but with a modern deco vibe. didnt use the spa but it looked lovely. Everything about this hotel was top notch - love staying at Kimpton hotels ! well done

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for our annual mother and daughter trip to Paris this year. This hotel is wonderful. The location is an amazing 6 min walk to Galleria Lafayette and a 20 minute walk to Avenue Montaigne. My mother and I walked everywhere and it is totally safe. The two amazing ladies at reception Margo and Pilar were so personable, helpful and just a pleasure to see in the mornings. Just wonderful to answer any questions and have a chat. The breakfast staff was great as well but we did not a get a any names but they were excellent as well. This lovely girl took a picture of my mom and I at breakfast and did so willingly and happily. We will recommend this hotel for families, couples and singles, anyone really who wants an excellent experience. Our room was immaculately cleaned, the common grounds of the hotel were well cleaned also and the breakfast perfection! All we can we is our stay here was perfect A++++++ Thank you to all the staff! Not a 5 star hotel, no friendly greeting when you enter the hotel. Someone came by with welcome drinks on my last day here at 9pm are you joking what kind of hotel does that, the name on my tv to welcome me was some male ,how is this considered a top hotel in Paris. Service was not friendly by some of the staff. I recommend a complete overhaul- I suggest booking anywhere but here.

Overall the hotel was great with an amazing breakfast selection and incredible service from staff. However the way the renovations were put together is questionable.. the sound proofing for courtyard facing rooms is poor, the aircon is weak and the bathroom sink had some broken chromeware…Rooms: 4/5

This hotel is amazing. Brand new and in a great location. Francois and Alexander helped make this an unforgettable stay for my wife and I! Couldn't be happier with our choice in Paris.Rooms: 5/5

Lovely hotel in the center of Paris with fantastic views of the Opera house and Eiffel tower from the roof. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the 8th floor and an opera view balcony which was spectacular. The view from the balcony at night was very much a highlight and definitely worth experiencing. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly at reception, in the spa and restaurant. But a special thanks to Hermance and the Concierge team who helped us to book a few trips whilst we were there. The Kimpton Paris is perfectly placed for a short walk 5 mins to the Opera house, which is definitely worth a tour if you haven't already been there. Some of the other reviews mentioned the noise from the restaurant, which whilst noisy if you were in there couldn't be heard from our room. The buffet breakfast was also very tasty and plentiful, with regular top ups if items were empty. Overall a great experience for our 25th wedding anniversary and a thanks to the entire Kimpton team for helping make it memorable for us!

The stay was amazing! We were here for 5 awesome nights and it exceeded all our expectations. With a friendly atmosphere in a gorgeous building, the Kimpton St. Honore had me wanting to move in. Check in was smooth and the details of the property were explained to us. Our room was bright and inviting, and the large tub was a lifesaver after exploring Paris on foot. All the staff were so helpful, accommodating and kind. You must go to the rooftop bar, Sequoia, with a pleasant view of the Eiffel Tower while you enjoy some champagne, and maybe a small bite which is what we did. Make sure to see the tower twinkle from here at night because it’s stunning! The restaurant and bar, Montecito, was lovely. Filled with delicious food and friendly faces. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to relax, drink, and eat here. We are so thankful to everyone here for their kindness and helpfulness!!! This is the place to stay in Paris!!!! Thanks to JB, Juan, Laetitia, Camille, Rebecca, Romane, Thomas and every one else that made our stay perfect. I can’t say goodbye, so I’ll say à bientôt!

Best location that you can get. Room are nice and considered an udated room. Housekeeping is really bad and they did not clean the room on proper way. Whatever you lift they will keep it as it is. Empty bottles of water they keep it and not replaceing it with new one. Towels smell not fresh!! At the end this nice place deserves more attention on Housekeeping and gust satisfaction.
