The trip started off well. Ended badly if in need for accommodation so you don't miss your early morning flight please try elsewhere I had missed my flight. I got there and explained and they were so friendly. The guy who assisted me was so willing to take me to the airport for the earliest flight out. I said no all 3 times he insisted. He then said, he wakes up at 4:30am. I told him 3 times I'd be leaving at 5:30am. It was 5:30 and my transport was outside gate waiting. I went to reception and found door locked, tried calling the phone could hear it ring loudly and no one was waking up. I went round the property knocking to no avail. Finally I made loud noise and one man woke up. He said let me open the gate as he had a remote. Unfortunately his remote could not open the gate. I asked him if he had the managers number which he did but unfortunately the manager that was to be awake at 4:30am was fast asleep. He did not answer his phone even after 10 multiple calls. The other guy then said let's press the panic button and security would come through. We did that, two other guests woke up except the manager. Security finally came through but unfortunately they did not have access to open the gate. My flight was boarding at 6:30am and it was 6:15am. Till they suggested I climb over the gate. In all my life I've never done that and did it for the first time this morning. I hurt my hand in the process and bruised my leg. Manager knew very well I missed my flight and I had no business being there but they are close to the airport. After being charged for a place to sleep and missing flight he decided to not wake up. All in all if you are booking for an early flight I will advise you do not try them.
Our stay was excellent, we got value for money. Bedding is clean, bathrooms are clean and stuff is very friendly.Rooms: 5/5
