Tassili Lodge

It was a horrible experience, maintenance of the establishment should be improved ASAP. Door handles, Shower and baths need to be fixed, you only get hot water in the morning, the place is soo cold. Curtains are dusty and could fall on you anytime. There wasnt even any complimentary tea. That place is disastrous. Atleast the reception guy is somewhat nice but other than that i wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. It shouldn't even get 1star

Decent lodge but the furniture is old. I suppose that's the vintage look they got going. Just needs some renovations. The rooms are huge. They must also work on the plumbing. All sinks, toilets and bathrooms are clogged. If you need a quick stop then yes.

Went there as last option after having been double booked at Classic lodge. The room was terribly cold, the ceiling had a leak and there was no electricity due to loadshedding. I was supposed to rest before my long trip to Frankfurt... I did not rest at Tassili Lodge.Rooms: 2/5

Our room had no hot water and the toilet was leaking. Huge and spacious rooms that were tidy and neat. Tv was working with decoder. Reported issue to manager when we left, and he promised to have the issue with water attended to asap.

It is not covid-19 friendly, they not strict when it comes to having a mask on, let alone also sanitize you, they just have it in reception. Their housekeeping is bad, I stayed there for a whole two weeks & my room was barely cleaned. There was dirty linen. Most of the time , the water would not be hot when I would want to take a bath, I'd have to ask for the geyser to be turned on, mind you i paid i a lot of money. The receptionist was nice. But the service was bad. It can also be noisy at times, having in mind that my room was very close to the reception.

Its an awesome place to stay ,a very good service ,hygiene I just love it ,will definitely go there again
