Contacted them to open locks on a container we lost the keyes to. They charged R650 callout fee wich i thought included 1 Hour of labour. There was 2 locs that needed to be opened. Once they started opening the one lock, they told me the fee would be doubled because of the second lock. After phoning the owner he got verry disrespect and kept swearing at me and told me to "Stop Crying" I Have never met somone so disrespectful in my life. Would not recomend these guys and wil Never ever use them again. The owner needs to get some training in how to handle clients and let them know before hand of any extra costs. The 2 employees that came out to me was very good and knew what they were doing.

This guy charge me 1.700 just for a service normally is 650.... dont call him, also they send a fake invoice as a FNR locksmith from Brackenfell.... horrible experience also he took too long to do.the job other locksmith did in 20 min

The locksmith was professional, I requested a damage report which I had to follow up on three times.When it came, it was as attached. What nonsense is this? They key broke off in the unit and messed the mechanism up and they list on damage report as wear and tear. Your locksmith had to drill it out as it could not budge. Guess I wont be using you going forward.

No waiting time, walked in and walked out. Easy peasy getting a new key for my home! Thank you.
