Called Neil about our Cisa lock not working,said he would attend next day after photo was sent and problem apparently understood. After several calls and messages that I could see he received, no feedback, no response......worst service I have experienced in a long time!

Cheeky staff. Ugly shop. Sorry I ever had to come here! Neil is rude. Customer is wrong to moan even when key was cut incorrectly ! Never a sorry! Even his mother was rude!! Pick up your service Neil! Disgusting!

After my referral from my mechanic I don't recommend them at all the person answer the phone was rude I told them the problem for my car accordingly to my diagnostic report they still ask me to pay 1500 to diagnostic aswell yet I know the problem poor service

My car key's transponder had stopped working and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes at a fraction of the price the dealerships had asked to replace the key. So glad I came here and I will definitely be back if I need locksmith services again!
