Cheeky staff. Ugly shop. Sorry I ever had to come here! Neil is rude. Customer is wrong to moan even when key was cut incorrectly ! Never a sorry! Even his mother was rude!! Pick up your service Neil! Disgusting!

Horrible...flactuating prices given willy nilly...untrustworthy people to deal with if you don't speak their language..3hour job as qouated, finished under 2hours and R400 extra,because of the difficulty of the work..and a Zimbawean opens the bonnet within 5minutes for R300...I was ripped

The owners, Neil and Eugene, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you have any auto electrical issue that others cannot fix, they would be able to. You pay a bit more for their expertise, but, then again, you should expect that just as you can expect better work from them. Their customer service is good.

Fixed my parents Toyota Corolla remote perfectly with a new casing and new cut key for a good price. Would recommend.

After we were sitting stranded for 5 hours, calling locksmiths from different areas who all said they couldn't help, Neil rocked up and fixed our problem in a few seconds! Very professional and explained the problem so clearly when nobody else seemed to be able to. Definitely recommend Neil and Eugene for any vehicle-lock issues, you won't be disappointed!
