You cannot sit on the toilet. The space is too little. The bed sheets and blankets do not seem clean. The water is brown. Buy your water. Sewage is running in Emalahleni Municipality, and I will not let a pig stay in this town. Lawlessness rule. Hardly anybody stops at traffic lights and stop streets. I heard heavy gunfire at 8:00 p.m. For a Cowboy Town experience, it will be an excellent stay. Drainage is blocked. About no sugar or coffee.
Very poor treatment from the staff. When myself and fellow employees arrived at the guest house we were all friendly with great attitudes the one of the staff treated us like children and humiliated some of us by talking about our personal items we have in our room and what she thinks we had been doing there. You do not feel very welcome , i have stayed in far cheaper places in witbank that had much better service!!!
Worst value for money. The bedding was made in such a way that one sleeps directly under a blanket, no sheet. There was no soap, shampoo etc. When traveling on business, one needs a desk and a chair. This was not the case. I have paid less for better conditions.
I booked a room on my arrival they said they full they taking me to their other guesthouse house. When I refused they offered me a room without windows and l refused to take it. They then offered me another room with black sheets . They have very poor customer services dark and ugly decorated rooms .very bad
Booked and got confirmation. On arrival it was full and referred to Da Vinci. Contractors make use of these facilities and the welcome and feedback was not very good. Contractors have no consideration for guests and when we left I got a call for the key that was left in the box supplied when guests leave early. One establishment that I wont use in future.
It's the best place,the service is great and got everything from swimming pools,full HD dstv,food and showers
A nice place to be, well organized would like to come back again
