This is an amazing pet shop I got my two Guinea pigs from them and they were very healthy they also so have big rodent cages for very good prices
I was told by the people that work in the shop including the lady who I think is the manager that they only breed mice for snake food and when you want to buy the mice as pets they tell you that the mice will bite you and not to buy them. My daughter actually spoke to a customer who was buying mice to feed to his snake and thereafter the lady who I think is the manager told my daughter not to talk to the other customers and asked her to leave the store. I got two of these mice and they are the sweetest little things, they don't bite. They are lovely. It is illegal to sell live mice as snake food and to tell people to not buy them as pets which means they don't even get the chance to go to a nice home.
They have nice fish, but it doesnt help if the fish they sell is sooo low quality. They die, and ive had lots of guppies that died on me. Very low quality of fish
Very pricey on some stuff bought just the inside stuff for my 180L tank thats sand some small, ornaments, 4 fake plants a small canister air pump and some air pipe ect other small things like airstones thermometer ect ect didnt buy any fish or a physical tank even and that all worked out more than 6k! I was shocked been in the hobby a long time but first time i bought from them so I ended up and asked for some discount and i was told sorry no discount I was like damn ok!
This was a great place that I got my bearded dragon from. Friendly, lively staff. Pricey for good quality reptiles but worth it vs. bad livestock you will want to call your friend for 20 years! Looking forward to checking out the freshwater aquarium stock. Hope to find real gems .
Went to buy a UVB light, got overcharged. Was told over the phone one price and got charged nearly R100 more than the price given to me by one of the employees who confirmed the price, place is dirty and bad service.
It's always a lovely experience to visit store, see animals and meet great staff members.
Staff on the floor is fantastic help you with every thing you need ,and good advice ladies on the tills need some training on talking to customers
