Very helpful staff. They made me feel like a valued customer on my very first visit.  Good range of aquarium products, plants and fish.  As an experienced aquarist, I appreciate that they discuss things with me rather than telling me what I should do.

Bought 2 goldfish with a bottle of their special water. Followed their instructions. Acclimatised them before transferring them and they died overnight. Phoned hoping they would exchange them as I have an upset child on my hands. I was told they can't help me. I find this disturbing seeing as they had some dead fish floating in their tanks. I should have seen that as a sign. Who is to say they were not already sick and the transport was just too much for them.

The staff really go out of their way to make one feel like a valued customer. I was friendly greeted upon entry and asked what I need help with, by a young man, who fetched dog food for me and carried it to the till. Then while I was browsing with my Yorkie who was with me, be came to give my baby a delicious snack just because . Also a huge surprise was awaiting us at the pay point, when I was given a free gift bag  with awesome goodies in it, sponsored by NexGuard..it was petmasters' 10th birthday on Sunday 30 Oct and they gifted me 3days later with this gift bag  the lady at the till was also very friendly and hospitable. We were also given a 5% discount voucher to redeem at any time we like. I truly felt like a VIP client, and it was a pleasant experience. To top it all off, my dog food bag was carried for me to my car by a friendly gentleman who didn't expect anything in return.  I would highly recommend Petmasters to all animal parents out there

First time visitor and this will definitely become our one stop shop for everything needed for our fur babies, such a massive variety of pet goodies  and pet care products and the friendly service from the staff is outstanding !!

They don't even provide their hamsters with wheels and their bettas is in really small tanks and bunies are in too small cages and hamsters don't have enough bedding

I can't believe that they have 5 to 6 cm tarantulas in such a small enclosure for the spider could not even spread it legs out and it was touching three sides of the container it should be four times the size of the tarantula and when I spoke to the staff and manager there they told me if I could find container or a tank that they could re-home the tarantula in their shop they would do it but they did not have any in the pet shop but across the road and in the same mall they can actually go and buy a very nice cheap container that will home the spider perfectly but I can't even do that and then the guy told me by Tuesday he'll have it rehomed I went back today and they still hadn't been rehomed it is totally cruel to does tarantulas and for a pet lover would normally give them something even better than what is suggested but it's still in its little containers and can't even spread its legs out properly

A bit more expensive than other stores, but the quality of the fish seems to be better, less deaths after transport. Also they occasionally get some hardy fresh water plants that we find work well in our tank.
