They have what you need, but you absolutely have to beg them for help. As I go here often for reptile food I can say they consistently suck. Their manager absolutely does not want to work there. It pains him to greet or assist customers.

I bought a cockatiel there a week ago. And the bird looked tired and sick for a couple of days, I assumed it was cause it was in a new environment. So took the bird to the Bryanston vet. Had blood tests done and the bird had Feather and Beak disease. It’s highly contagious. I could’ve infected all my other birds at home, luckily I kept it in quarantine till I got it to my vet. It’s not the first time I got birds from this pet shop, that had health issues. This was the last time! Pls Guys

Great, quick and informative service. Got my first snake Ball Python from Reptilians. Got all the info I needed and my snake is happy in her new home. Staff is happy to help if you need any "after purchase" help or info.

One of the friendliest pets shops I have frequented in a long time. The shop is impressively clean and the animal cages even cleaner. Wide variety of animals for sale and very well looked cared for. Staff is very knowledgeable about animals and can give you good information and advise where needed.

Got my lovebird there 2 years ago and he is still fine

Well i have reptiles and I get their food from here every 3 weeks

Only ever been in their once before, left shortly afterwards, was disgusted at the conditions the rats were being kept in.
