Recently, I had the awful task of having to lay two 20-year-old beloved cats to rest. This Vet gave the most unbelievably good, considerate, kind, caring and sympathetic service. I have so much gratitude that I wish I could express to them. I had a horrible experience at this Veterinary Hospital. Last night my puppy was very sick, he was bloated, drooling, in pain and disoriented. I told them his symptoms and they instructed me to sit down. No one came to check in on him and we had to ask for a nurse to just look him over. It was brief and they didn't take any time to check him properly. After an hour with the Vets seeing other patients from outside and no communication from the Vet or nurses we asked for our wait time. To which they made excuses and told us we weren't a priority because from what they could see he wasn't critical. I will never reccomend this Vet to anyone. Especially if you're worried about your pet. If you're looking for a Good emergency after hour Vet I reccomend Bryanston Veterinary Hospital. They saw us properly and treated us within five minutes.

Our little dachshund cross Jack Russell needed emergency back surgery this week. As we live on the East Rand and weren't able to visit her much during her stay, the attending nurse was very helpful and gave me updates whenever I phoned. On discharge, they provided an information pack detailing her condition, surgery, how to administer the medications as well as safe rehab exercises we could do with her. The cost and travelling were worth the care she received. Thank you, Fourways Veterinary Hospital team.

Great service! Our little kitten almost drowned. They helped us immediately and took her to emergency rooms first before starting any paperwork. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Friendly staff kept us updated and our baby is healthy back at home.

Very cold, only interested in money and not the welfare of your animal child. Not up to date on the latest treatment methods for FIP nor do they have stock of the medication. Would give a zero rating if I could. If you need a specialist referral rather go to Johannesburg specialist hospital - they have given us excellent care and our boy is on the road to recovery.

Took my dog here as it was an emergency, the Dr was arrogant and didn't get her diagnosis right. I paid R2500 for a consultation and cortisone injection. Took her back to my vet who actually knows what she's doing and my little girl was diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. Was incredibly sick, thanks to my vet she's back to her normal self. I will not recommend this vet to anyone. They're all about the money.

This IS the best hospital for any pet....my little Dadao catwas there first it was not easy for his diagnosis..After few test he was treated according...As for the staff I have never experienced or seen so much dedication.. .compassion..love ..care with anyone as with them the doctors went out of their way to help ..the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful from the beginning right through to the end everyone has been gorgeous...thank thank you for the angels working there your pet is in the best place ....from my family to your family thank you Fourways veterinary Hospital

Extremely kind & patient Dr's. Who don't mind taking the time to explain things. Keeping you updated every step of the way. Exceptionally friendly admin staff who were consistent throughout the entire experience. From the early morning phone call / 6pm appointment / +- 7.30pm paying the bill which was quite reasonable. The whole experience was very pleasant. My kitty is feeling all better.
