Absolutely amazing service. Brendin is an asset to this company. He took his time and explained why certain product will be more efficient then the other. My Ibanez electric guitar is amazing. All the products I have bought are of supreme quality. You seldom find such passionate individuals that go the extra mile and such amazing products all in one place . I will definitely recommend you guys to all my clients.
This place is an absolute gem honestly, and it's all thanks to the wonderful people working here. The minute we walked in we were greeted with kindness and everyone working here honestly goes above and beyond for their customers! I wish I'd known about this place sooner - they are even open on Sundays!
I came to South Africa over our vacation and had a terrible time finding someone who was open. Music Mart went the extra mile to talk to one of their techs and get us squeezed in during the holiday break. My son's clarinet got cleaned, cared for and ultimately, saved from my own ignorance. Thank you Brian for your awesome work!
Had my 80's Ibanez electric guitar serviced at Music Mart and the work done was great. Bought a new PRS guitar and Fender practice amp there and very happy with those. Took my son-in-law's Fender Squire Telecaster in for repairs and servicing and he is most impressed with the work done. Thanks to the Brendins for the excellent service.

One of the most amazing shopping experience I had last week. Bought a Tanglewood guitar and the staff was giving very good advices on the instrument. I asked millions of questions, as I am a beginner, but he very paitently answered all my queries. Also I got discount without me even asking. I will most definitely recommend all my friends to visit this store. They seems to got everything and on top of that a very knowledgeable staff. Keep up the good work and keep growing guys.
