Milky Lane @ Monte Casino

WHAT A PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT!!!! If it were possible to give it a negative star rating then I'd happily do that!! They failed to establish/decide who was going to take the order for the table and had to ask each and every waiter for assistance and they ALL FAILED TO DO SO!!!! Customer service at this establishment is pathetic with no access to management to submit a formal complaint on the poor customer service. This specific branch needs to focus on training their staff in providing a good customer experience because clearly they fail to get the basics right!!!!!

It is a beautiful shop, which make it enticing to enter, whether you a Milky Lane fan or not. Many of the Milky Lane shops have through the years not keeping up with good design practices and it would have been only the faithful who would have visited. It is situated near the food court, the game area and the movies. The seating is comfortable and there is access to the public toilets. Milky Lane is well situated to cater for kids and also has enough on the menu for a sweet tooth parent or adult. The waffle is still my all time favorite. After being disappointed at a another franchise shop, I have tried one at Montes. I WAS NOT disappointed. It was Crispy and fresh and does not give the impression is was heated up. For those who love milkshakes you are spoiled for choice. They also have a few surprises up the sleeve with a creative mix. A good coffee on the menu might be a welcome addition, yet being a speciality store, it is well understood. When you grow older the sizes and portions always look smaller... haha... I am not a frequent visitor, however this Milky Lane is as good as it get. Picures by blackjohannes and is not edited and as is.

I love monte, it's a safe place for us to go with our kids to play games and obviously we love our ice cream.. But Milkylane is terrible to go to, there's literally 5male waiters, none are friendly, none come to help u when u get there, u have to seat urself and beg them to come and take your order.. Wait for them to check on u, wait for them to bring ur order, wait for them to come and ask u if u need the bill. Its terrible. I had purchased thhe death by chocolate it looked like it was dead. The ice cream melted the Flake and the cone on side was falling off. The plate.i ordered the raspberry soda float, there was no mint leaves. The cup was over flowing ice cream melted and the cup was totally messed and the waited was ok with serving us that. They didn't even wipe the table properly i had to use sanitizer. If u want to run a place, get proper staff. Get enough staff for a restaurant in a busy casino. Else sell ur franchise to someone who can run it better

PATHETHIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!Tried to flag down waiter for 10 MINUTES!!Found a table clear,so i sat down n then asked the waiter for help!He told me to WAIT!and tht i should be outside!!Asked for manager,female staff thought it was funny.Asked for manager,a lady eho spoke poor Eng with no badge pretended to be the manager.I told o was going to review them.Then expression changed!WHAT A RIDICULOUS waste of the owner's money on HORRENDOUS STAFF.Will never go there again.And todays my birthday

This is my favorite place. I love it here . They never disappoint but the place is a small it's hard to move around, I wish they could extend their space in a way.

I went to the milkly lane after some time. The store was revamped and the new look is great. Unfortunately that's where the new experience ends. The staff are rather unfriendly and take really long to respond to patrons, the night I went in it was fairly quite. The waffles presentation was not the best. The ice cream swirls small and not well presented. Definitively expected more from this establishment

Only got our drinks with our food. Service extremely slow. The waiter also struggled to understand me I asked to keep the menu for dessert and he responded by asking are we still waiting for someone?? No glasses available when you order cold drinks. My savory waffle was in a chipped plate. And my waffle was burned. Very dissapointing considering that this Milky Lane is inside MONTE Casino. I had higher expectations. Only thing good was the ice cream.

I got to the store and on this Sunday and it was very full. So I asked one of the waiters if i could place the order for the 3 girls I brought so we dont need to wait half hour to place the order and another half hour for the food. The rude waiter tells me no, that is not allowed. I call for the manager and she tell me it is not allowed because the food might come before the table is allocated to us. I told her in that case I dont care if the food sits all day until I'm seated , and then she says it will be fine I can do that. So why was I refused in the first place? This is unacceptable from the staff. They must be reprimanded for such pathetic service especially when I'm trying to ease the pressure on them.

Delicious ice cream , loved it. I gave it 4 stars because the service was poor and very slow .
