Great place to take a family out. Their online booking system is efficient and works very well. Received lovely service from all the people who served us, from Momo at the front desk, Maria who welcomed us in and ushered us to our table and Livingstone who attended to us while we sat down. There's great variety of food on offer while here with lovely dessert treats for the little ones. Pensioners get a discount and kids under 12 dine for R130. Children 0 to 1 year and those celebrating a birthday on the day, eat for free. I highly recommend this Billy G outlet and would definitely dine again some time in the future.  Vegetarian options: Menu varies and does cater for vegetarians.

The servers at billy G monte casino are so sweet and friendly, the service is as good as can be expected considering that they're always packed to the brim. They've packaged the food efficiently to accommodate the pandemic, dishing up is a little more difficult that way but much safer.

I went there with two of my friends on the 24th July 2022. The buffet was amazing. We had a great time there.  I'm giving it three stars because we had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes..even though we made a reservation. We were seated upstairs...and the meals were downstairs meaning that we had to constantly go up and down for meals.  Parking: Montecasino has great parking. There&#39;s assistance/ security personnel who were more than willing to take us where we wanted to go since it was our first time being there.

Asides from the queue on Saturdays,  it's a very jolly atmosphere and there's usually that very good food that makes you keep going back for more.Food: 4/5

Horrible service. The staff acts as if they are doing you a favor which creates an uncomfortable environment.  Unfortunately a lot of the food has no flavor ,but I do appreciate the various options offered.  I always tip ,but I was completely blindsided when the waiter added a R100 tip to the bill without notifying us beforehand. It’s unfair especially to those who may not be able to afford it.  Overall I don’t believe it’s worth how much you have to pay to eat there and how long you have to wait in line just to get seated.

Waiters are wonderful... Variety of dishes is excellent.  However, found some of the meat to be dry and lacking flavour.  Sushi needs more salmon and not just vegetables... The desserts were extremely disappointing.... Somewhat tasteless...Your desserts get a zero rating... You need to really improve on this....

If I could give then zero stars, I would. The food is absolutely appauling. We last went to Billy G at Monte before the lockdown and it was good. We visited yesterday after 2 and a half years. Food doesnt have labels, so you dont know what some stuff is. The taste of the food was honestly pathetic. No flavour and so dense. There's not much variety like before. The staff is no were to be found when you need to order drinks. They come to the table to give you wetwipes and serviettes but dont remove the dirty plates as you would expect in a buffet restaurant. I would definitely never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Party of 20. Lovely food, everything was fresh and delicious. When it came to the food it was a lovely experience. I cannot say the same for the service, everyone was friendly and nice except the waitress. I think she was overwhelmed. She was not very helpful and not friendly at all and to top of off, she never even gave me my change after I paid for wine, even though we already gave her a generous tip for that pathetic service.

The buffet here is amazing with a variety of dishes to choose from. I rated this place 3 stars because of their seating arrangement. We were seated upstairs and had to keep going up and down to get food‍. The place is also a bit too noisy.Food: 4/5
