We had a lovely evening. All staff and managers were all very friendly and welcoming. Recommend dishes were explained to us including photos. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

What a lovely experience we had @ Fire Room Bedfordview. As we arrived I was a little let down the two fire lanterns at the door were not lit but the staff made up for that by delivering exeptional service. From the ladies that greeted us in the waiting area before we were seated to our waitress we enjoyed everything. Feels like we barely waited for our meals as we ordered boom they were placed before us. The dessert was really world class. Thanks for a lovely evening out will be sure to visit again

Its the second time I visited. This 1st time during the week. Service was great and I was highly impressed. The second time was on a Friday night It was very busy. They changed out seats 3 times which was annoying. The waiter rumble out the fine dining menu, I could hardly understand a word he said. I ordered Sushi on Fire. It was ice cold then put to light. I did not feel well after esting it. On a plus the waiters were friendy, the environment beautiful, and the drinks out of this world.

Wow! What an experience. Most items got their finishing touches with a fire display at the table. I like how the waiter explained the progress of the item that was being prepared. The beef stir fry and Citrus Burst Bomb cocktail was fantastic! Friends and I tried QUITE a few items, so with that said, it’s definitely the most expensive restaurant I’ve been to but EVERYONE left in awe and impressed. Thank you. I will be back.

I personally did not have a wow experience at Fireroom. They must remove everything else from their menu and leave sushi. They lack creativity in food offering and plating. The steak was served with rice thrown on the plate, the prawns was thrown on a heap of chips and rice dreadful. I had to pay R45 for a sauce to drench over my dry rice and fight for vegetables and presentation of my plate. The pasta dish as you can see in the picture looks awful, no due care in preparation and presentation, big chucks of vegetables thrown in and sauced. Sies man Fireroom your presentation was disappointing. The fire you pour over the sushi is your speciality stick to it and if you will serve steak and prawns invest in presentation as well or scrape it from your menu. Overated and nothing more to offer than fire on a plate and an empty scribbled plate for happy birthday. Disappointed and will not recommend it,

We didn’t have a booking but the hostess ensured we get seated within 30minutes. The food and ambiance is amazing. The sushi is delicious. My birthday plate from the chef was the cherry on top! Be prepared to send more than R500 as our bill was close to R1K as a couple.

Best food and best service waiter’s always checking customer every now and then. You don’t even wait too long for your food and I enjoyed every moment thereFood: 5/5

Personally, I cannot falter this this place! It is my 3rd time back & each time, I find a new gem on their menu. Great atmosphere, great service. Their staff has always been amazing. Keep it up guys! I’ll definitely be back for more, at the FIREROOM… yum!

The place is just lovely expensive but amazing it is worth the money your going to spend I recommend it please go the but don't mess up the place Vegetarian options: You can choose your veggies the is plenty Parking: It is closer to the restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely

First of all, Zane waitron is a star. The service, the food, the drinks... stellar!!!! I'm definitely going back for a 3-course meal, and I'll do a proper review.Food: 5/5
