So far I haven’t had any issues with the dealership besides the fact that I have been unable to do software updates that are very much needed in my car for over a year now due to the fact that they have loadshedding and can’t make a plan to sort this out for me… I had a booking to come in but they the entire dealership went through a staff revamp and the whole system has changed now. I was there the other day getting new valves for my tyres fitted and an alignment done on my car I took it upon my self to prebook my car in for the first week of august for its annual service and attempt at software updates… and I have asked the service advisor to note down and ensure that any and all software updates for the car are done. Now I wait until august and hope to here you may fetch your car, and not we couldn’t do the software updates again cause of loadshedding blah blah. Buy a UPS for their machines that perform these updates so they can survive until the generator kicks in…

Lack of commitment to solving a recurring light malfunction on my vehicle. My vehicle had a left light malfunction in 2022. That was fixed but within two weeks I had a right light malfunction. That was fixed. Moving onto 2023, left light malfunction two weeks ago. That was fixed. Within two days I had a right light malfunction. Audi was advised of this on Monday 9th January. I was assured as soon as a loan vehicle was available my vehicle could come in. I have now been driving for 8 nights with no right lights and I have had to follow up over and over on when I should bring my vehicle in. My last call to Audi Bryanston was this morning during which I was asked to give them until lunchtime today as loan vehicles were due back in. And still I wait for that call… shocking to say the least!!!
Had great service from Yolanda as i walked in. She was very keen on helping me around. However, getting back to me was a mission until i just left it be.
The service from Audi Bryanston is shockingly disgusting! We bought an A4 that happened to have a modified exhaust and was assured that the maintenance / freeway plan covered it. Not even a year later the starter motor has given up, we were told that the vehicle now can only be looked at and serviced by Audi Bryanston and secondly it has taken over 2 weeks for this vehicle to be fixed and we have now just been told it will take another week! This is our sole vehicle and we are left stranded. From reception to the ground foreman they are clueless! Service is disgusting. No one gets back to you after leaving multiple phone calls, messages ect. According to other recommended mechanic it should take a max of 4 to 5 days. Not 3 bladdy weeks!!! Audi Bryanston is letting the name down for sure! Vehicles are overly priced and service to bought vehicles is a "wait and see" gimmic!
Fancy looking new garage with friendly staff. I took my car in for a service and made them aware of the noise issues I hear at the sunroof area, only to find out that they did what was needed but didn’t make sure that the problem was rectified. In other words they didn’t test it which means I need to take my car back. Except for that my experience was great.
Wow! Business must be good. Popped in on Saturday and asked to test drive a few cars in the week. Left all my details & never even received a call. Obviously my business is not needed. Shocking experience, very disappointed.
