My kids are sold, happy kids equals happy mom. The reason I am not giving full stars is because of the appointment times. You can set up a 1pm appointment , arrive on time but there'll only be someone available at 2:30pm, so prepare to spend some time there. Other than that, excellent service.

Barber was drunk and rude. Rough with baby. Left the salon with my son's head half shaved. Never going back there. Would not recommend this salon

Took my 20 month old son for a hair cut and it was done swiftly and seamlessly. The barber knew what to do whenever he got irritable. He offered us his phone for him to watch something to be distracted because I had forgotten mine in the car and the available screens didn't have my son's favorite shows. He was gentle and there were zero tears.

If you value your time find another salon that respects your time. It can't be right that you make an appointment and the salon doesn't honour it. If you are running late have the courtesy to call your clients to let them know of the delay... Never coming back!Service: Hairstyling

On two occasions they have been accomodating with appointments. Price is very reasonable and my 20 month old boy has been twice to have his hair cut. There are many distractions and activities to help make the experience as fun as possible. Will definitely be going back and something else which I appreciate is that they do not try push product on customers. Perfect place for kids to get hair cut.

Always packed when we get there and queues move slowly..we end up leaving most of the time

They are terrible with answering their phones, WhatsApp’s don’t get responded to, yet they tell you to make an appointment even their online booking form is useless.very disappointed

Absolutely child oriented for kids with ALL types of hair. My 2 little ones walked out very happy with the results, without being charged a huge amount. There was even a free lollipop at the end of it! The kids are also well entertained whilst their hair is washed and cut
