Hirschs Fourways services the greater Sandton area and has been around for ages. They generally have a great variety of appliances, both large and small, however, never on the budget side. You would need to hold on for a sale to grab something at a competitive price. Sales generally favour larger appliances. Delivery of goods is adequate, nothing fantastic, and very little communication between the delivery team, sales team and the customer. This could be improved, really, improve this please. Oh, and try and not wait until the end of a purchase to send in your "extended warranty" guy. This usually never works and just comes across as desperate to make an additional sale. If someone would like an extended warranty, ask them at the point of sale, and if they say no, leave it at that. Instead, spend more time explaining manufacturer's warranty to the customers instead of incessantly trying to push the extended warranty on people.
Excellent service from DEENO at HIRSCH from start to finish! His friendly attitude was a pleasure to deal with, so unusual these days. His followups were quick and informative, ran like clockwork, I didn't have to chase. Well done!
An absolutely incredible experience. Deeno went over and above to ensure that I received my product in no time. He went the extra mile of sourcing it from another branch minutes after making a call to the store. Super friendly, patient and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this store to anyone.
We were greeted by friendly sales assistants as soon as we entered. Themba was highly knowledgeable about the brand and pricing of the appliance we were interested in. He also gave us space and time to browse through the rest of the store. Pick up at the back of the store was seamless. The staff there expected us and knew our order before giving them the receipt. Very quick and efficient store.
We bought all our kitchen appliances here when we refurbished our house recently ... they were really good at matching their prices to other vendors and the sales people were knowledgeable, capable and friendly. Delivery was also prompt and everything arrived in perfect condition. I have no hesitation recommending them.
Terrible after service. It took them a year 52 weeks to deliver an oven accessory telescopic rail for oven tray after spending 45,000 R for the gas stove. They didn’t even have the decency of delivering the accessory, I had to go and fetch it myself. Furthermore, they also had the audacity of telling me I can’t collect the accessory without a receipt and invoice of the purchase
Incredible and patient staff. Deeno provided super professional service and went above and beyond to make my purchase a memorable one. I’m very satisfied with my beautiful LG washing machine and LG dishwasher Would highly recommend!
I know these guys all by first name at this stage. I have spent almost R800,000 here in the past year. They have kitted my kitchen out with all black, brand new LG appliances from top to bottom, I bought 4 x OLED LG Gallery TVs from them that are spread throughout my home, and they have installed LG ArtCool Airconditioners in every room of my house 6 in total and their prices are really competitive, their service is fantastic and Robert V and his team of experts are my go-to guys if I need anything. I’m renovating and furnishing an apartment I have just invested in as corporate rental, and Hirsch’s will be my first stop for all kitchen and electronic equipment that is to be installed! Absolutely great service, always with a smile! They are like family to me now.

Staff were amazing. Very interactive and informed on the different products. Couldn't have asked for a better store to frequent. The buying process is easy and seamless. The guys and girls there really do care about customer service.
