3 years I am driving my car after they butchered it, and later they "diagnosed" it with "Head Gasket leaking" , Initially I send it for due service and I received a wreck. After 5 visits, later- Radiator replacement on their cost, They did not explain why the Turbo Coolant is leaking unless they loosen it hence Radiator damage to remove the Turbo heat shield. They denied any wrong doing, and after supposedly PeugeotSA intervention they come with another ridicules "diagnosis" Head Gasket is leaking and I need overhaul the engine, at my cost of R16K+, I rejected the proposal because they did not agree on my terms : If I pay those R16K and they did not sort the power issue, They need to fix it for free and refund me my money.. I suppose it was Reasonable to ask because I knew once they strip the engine the charges will start growing up. They knew they cant commit to that because they knew the "diagnosis was a pile of .................... so I drove off, and ever since, I am driving it with: Leaking Head gasket.. If one can believe this B%#&*l . All evidence pointed that someone tempered with the Turbo, Cooling pipes loosen, Radiator dented,- Non of this are possible for simple Plugs ,Oil, filters change No CCTV footage was available from the workshop So Convenient for them . By the way Before that fateful day I brought the car there I cam back from long trip from the coast, The car was in perfect condition. If I knew they will destroy it I wouldn't put foot there..

In your business description you say that you have friendly customer service. I dealt with the most rude woman over the phone. I kindly asked her to repeat something as I couldn't hear what she said properly and she continued to scream at me through the phone. Don't state that you have friendly customer service when you employ people who shouldn't be in customer care because they don't have either the patience or kindness to deal with people.

Horrible mechanical service only helpful person there was Brenda we took our Citroen in for a service it came back absolutely nothing was fixed my turbo was busy going and they didint bother to even check when I took my car back after paying so much money I asked the mechanic why wasn’t my boot fixed he said I was scared I won’t get it closed again when I phoned and spoke to the manager I told him this and he tried to make me wrong and the mechanic right worst service ever I took it to bosh afterwards and they told me that this car was not serviced at all and that nothing was fixed won’t recommend this place at all

Centurion Citroën closed down so has to service my car in Fourways. Centurion notes in my service wallet that next service due was 64 000 km or 1 year. Service light came on and I booked my service, now I'm told my plan ended at 60 000km. Thank you Citroën Centurion for doing me in!!

Fantastic Workshop Manager. Very knowledgeable and excellent advise. The only reason i am not rating a 5 is due to a lack of informed communication from the service advisor.

By far the best Citroën dealership and workshop I've found, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will definitely continue using their services in future.

Great serives, BUT need to improve on the communications! Phone for the update of the car, they reply that they will phone me back, but they didn't.
