Fourways Cure Day Clinic

I was charged a R7500 co payment. When i asked if i could please make an arrangement to pay it off i was told no, it should have been arranged prior which i was not aware of. I asked if i was able to please speak to the hospital manager and was given a blatant no! I have literally emptied my entire account out to pay for my husbands procedure! What is the point of having a medical aid if you are going to rip people off like this? I will NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone!!!!! Absolutely disgusted at the manner in which the reception handled the situation

The most pleasant experience I have ever had. Even better than a 5-star hotel. The staff were all so friendly and kindly right from my admission till I left. The facilities were magnificent and the theatre was state of the art. I had 3 wisdoms removed, which was not fully covered by my medical aid. I ended up paying nearly 16k for the hospital bill due it not being covered but I am honestly no longer upset at all, because it was worth every penny! I’m so impressed and hope that these friendly faces are rewarded for all the love and care they show toward every patient. Absolutely phenomenal.

I was crying the min I walked into the hospital because it was my first time being put to sleep for a procedure and it scared me. The staff was amazing and understanding. The receptionist had tissues ready, the nurse was gentle and understanding and the staff members in the theatre including the anaesthetist was super friendly and tried to make it as quick, painless and calm as possible. Their beds are also super comfortable.

I went into Cure for a wisdom tooth extraction and I'm so impressed. The staff was so friendly and put me at ease. It really made me forget about the pain I'd be in after the surgery. There is nothing better than health care professionals who actually care. Thank you

Reception was friendly however after my wisdoms were removed my doctor did not bother seeing me before or after the procedure or telling me how to care for my mouth , I needed pain meds and was left waiting for 30 min after my surgery with no one around to aid as the staff were prioritizing a meeting , on departure i was simply left with a script on my table in the ward and no instructions from either nurse or doctor about the meds to take . No one assisted in when telling me to leave. Overall disappointed.

I had a great reception from the time I arrived and left. Thank you so much to nurse Lorato, Sandra, Ethel and Luvhuwani for taking of me during my short stay there. I haven't felt such warmth from mere strangers in a while. Particularly, nurse Lorato. I want to thank you in behalf of all the patients you take care of throughout your shifts. It's highly appreciated amd doesn't go unseen.

This was my dental procedure done at Cure four-way The entire staff were excellent, the cleanliness 100% all round. My Dr. Bobat I will recommend thus dedicated man, from his consulting room, to theater at Cure for his humor and humility, Dr Stuart the man that gently put me off to sleep, was 100% I met him for the first time. To all the theater staff, my hands go up through all, to the Hospital manager R. Govender, thank you for coming out to check on you patients. I will surely recommend the Cure Hospital Group, to anyone around the country. We done to an excellent team work. I had my procedure done 03/02/2022. Thats a day ago. LETS SALUTE THIS DEDICATED TEAM ACROSS OUR COUNTRY.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Chantelle phoned the day before surgery and she made sure you have everything and what to bring. She really puts you at ease and answers all your questions. The nurses are friendly and accommodating. The hospital is neat and clean and they follow strict Covid protocols. You can’t go for surgery without a negative test, which puts one at ease. They have a coffee shop at the bottom. All in all well managed place

I have so far been waiting for 5 hours to have my procedure done. The receptionist was great but since then absolutely no communication from anyone. When I asked when I would be taken into theatre I have been told they don’t know. It’s currently 17:24, was here at 12:30. Nothing to eat or drink since 7:00.

I'm just speechless about how amazing this clinic is. The staff are so friendly and so welcoming. They truly belong in their field! They go out of their way to assist and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Absolutely lovely people in this clinic! Fantastic staff, fantastic service!
