Caitlin is a compassionate animal owner who gives personal care and attention to both her animals and her clients. The animals here is her life and she works amongst her own pets which one can come see and interact with. She gives honest recommendations and referrals for your animals. The store is small and appears busy on first judgement, but upon closer inspection you will see that all animal enclosures and the shop floor are kept clean. Animals that are available for purchase look healthy and not afraid of humans. I have to say this is not a push to sell kind of pet store in comparison to most stores. Some price for pets may be expensive but you pay for what you get for. While Caitlin may not always be there herself, her friendly staff are always there to assist and they are lovely people too. Most people may have missed on first visit, like myself, that there is an open air courtyard at the back where more animals are kept, and it is connected to the pizza shop next door whereby you can sit and have a meal. Some animals in store are rescue animals hence are not available for purchase and each animal is kept at small quantities, but this is amongst a few pet stores I recommend.
Fantastic exotic store!! Staff are friendly and helpful and the garden area at the back is beautiful for the Pet Experience parties they offer. Caitlin the owner has vast knowledge of exotic pets. Thanks for the lovely store
Nice shop. They seem to focus on birds and exotic animals. Couldn't find stuff I needed for my dogs there.
Caitlin the owner has vast knowledge that she shares easily and she has a great passion for all pets, although her cuckatoos are her favourites.
Not happy, Lilly gave me the wrong information about the fish I bought there, insisting it is a cold water fish when it was actually a warm water fish for which I dont have the accessoriestank heater and if a friend had not advised me about the fish it would have died, then refused to give me a refund even though it was within 2 hours of buying it.
Nice small pet shop with friendly owner and great service for all your needs.
