The Pooch Parlour

Awful. After the cut she has fur flying everywhere, my car is covered. The groomer also didn't do her nails, which has never been a problem at our vet or any other groomer. It seems they just were in a rush and couldn't finish the job in time with a proper wash and taking time for the trim. Never going back. Will stick with my vet, who does a great job.

I've been going to this parlour for a number of years and it is most frustrating that they increase their prices at least 3 times a year. Now charging R250 for a maltese to be washed and groomed. Really? Is this what it costs them? I also have to regularly tell them not to hurt my dog who absolutely hates going there. Time to find another groomer in the area.

Terrible place. Owners are rude, brash and condescending. They did not bother to listen to instructions and our poor dog ended up looking terrible. Also had to dry him properly and neaten him up at home ourselves. A few days later he developed an attributable ear infection which cost us a vet bill. Their prices seem to depend on how they feel and arguments between staff are common. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. You will be disappointed here.

Frequented this place for the last two years without a problem. My dog was always groomed nicely and would light up when Mary walked out to fetch him. We've since moved and won't be returning but they will definitely be missed.

I had a good experience brought my little doggie as a walk in they accommodated me and did a good job. Quick and efficient service my little pooch looks great.

Disappointed - My dog has water in her ears due to the trip to the parlour, resulting in vet fees to remove the water. i won't take my dog there again!

Good. But they are only open until 12 noon and not open Monday at all
