Amazing service and care. Our pup has stayed there several time and she absolutely loves it. She is always well taken care off and we receive updates and pictures throughout the stay. Highly recommend and we will continue to let our furry friends stay over.

5 Star Service from this amazing company. Jane and the team really took such excellent care of our beloved cat Jewely for more than 5 months and got her to us in New Zealand safe and still cared enough to follow through with inquiry on her wellbeing after their job was done. It is not easy to immigrate and especially if you have pets and Jane just made the journey a lot better knowing our cat was in safe hands and well looked after. They sent us weekly update photos the whole time she was there. Would recommend Pets Paradise to anyone who needs Kennelling services or Pet Migration.

Will not bring my dogs back here if I can help it. They both lost so much weight. No socialisation with other dogs, very short periods of time outside the kennel. No pics or videos during a stay that was longer than 2 weeks. There are better places which were unfortunately booked out. It's an okay place, if you really have to. Not ideal.

I was very happy how my dogs were looked after waiting yo fly to Cape Town andcthen to the IK. The regular updates I got daily. Lovely kennels. Jane was great.

Booked in our Morkie over the weekend, overall they groomed her nicely keeping in mind it's her first time in the Kennels, she is 8 Months old Mainly we are really upset by the Customer Service we received from the Lady at Reception, was horrible. She is not friendly at all, does not make you feel rest assured about the boarding service and is not very helpful. It's a shame that the bad service overshadows the actual Kennel experience. Will not be back.

Zeus , our Boer Bull -Cross Boxer was housed by Pets Paradise and was very happy! The location is also easy access from ORT Airport.

For the second year running, I've left my three dogs at Pet Paradise when we went on holiday. And each time I have been very satisfied. I was given a tour the first time I got there and was impressed with the pet accomodation. My dogs were kept together in a large enclosure and taken for walks when the other dogs were not around to minimise fights, etc. They also have staff around the clock to see to the animals. The premises are in a large farmstead, away from other buildings, which is a relief especially during New Year's as you can't hear any fireworks. The only downside is that they are not exactly cheap, especially when your pets are there for a long period. Maybe they could look at offering a discount for longer periods? But at the end of the day you have to pay a premium for a premium service. So overall, a great experience and I'd definitely leave my dogs there again.
