Best priced parrot cages I found in Joburg. Service was fast, friendly and well worth the 60km drive.
This Pet store has the best customer service I ever experienced from a pet shop. I had difficulty locating a product for my dogs and Joe was super helpful and creative to help solve my problem. He even went the extra mile to courier the items to me within an hour of our telephone conversation! Joe, you are an absolute life saver and I it is nice to see people still take pride in their job!
Not a bad place at all. Friendly people there helpful. I asked for an certain item and they went and got it for me at a fraction of a price that other places ask. The pricing is more than 100% good and I will recommend them to any one. I drive the approximate 50km to get service and help. GREAT SERVICE KEEP IT UP

Just had a wonderful experience here with my family. We came to get fish for our little one. The salesman was so helpful and friendly, the animals are well kept, loved and lovely. We're so pleased with our purchase, will definitely come again
I was there on Sat 18 May with my young son. An awesome retail shop with plenty exotics. Reptiles in abundance & the not so easy to get ones I might add. Owner & staff top class, friendly & helpful. A pleasure to spend some quality time in the South at this store. Visitor from the East.
Stood out side this place for about 10 minutes the doors where open the gate was closed i rang the bell about 6 time i call and then i got back into my car and tryed call them but nothing very disappointing service
Friendly stuff & owners ,wide variety of animals neat & clean. i like the fact that they also sell stock on market place with a wide variety and loads of specials.
