Aquatic Pet City

Absolutely love the great service received from the staff at Aquatic Pet City, a hidden gem in Flamingo Square, Tableview. These guys provided me with such good advice and products to care for my 12 year old gold fish. Super impressed with the modern day black gravel that added to the stunning aesthetic of my new fish tank, also the understated beauty of the flora that added a perfect touch. Thank you guys for your excellent service!

It is a very good store and the men that work there are extremely kind and give good advice, but the white blonde lady who I assume owns the store is extremely rude, she was shouting at one of men and threatened them with being fired because he was asking her to change a small thing on their DSTV

I bought my 100ltrs fish tank here, they have everything I needed, super friendly staff always ready to help with anything.

The Malawian gentleman is a pleasure to deal with. However, I will not visit again because of the attitude of the manager. She tells the Malawian guy not to give me a paper bag because it's "expensive" but rather a plastic bag because they are "cheap." Reality is that I didn't need a bag at all, she just needed to be polite and ask.

The place is unfortunately hidden diagonally opposite the front of Flamingo center off Blaauwberg Road, but it is a pleasure to visit, open and close, jn and out, is what comes to mind. The knowledgeable staff is worthy of the highest praise. The shop assistant, has an extensive experience with his subject matter, I have always found him to be patient, and a delight to engage. To him I say PHAMBILI, to the management and owners you have a long community life ahead of you.

I've recently restarted my old tropical fish hobby. Needless to say, I'm "hooked" completely. The vast variety of healthy fish, aquariums, accessories, everything one need to keep pets healthy. All under one roof and I never experienced "out of stock" issues. My four aquariums almost fully established, including fish pond and of course, budgie pair for my aviary. Always friendly staff and excellent customer service. I honestly recommend Aquatic Pet City to all pet owners and would be future pet owners. Don't forget your loyalty card when making purchases.

Aquatic Pet City is a well-stocked and friendly store. They are not the biggest Aquatic store around, but they seem to have a good handle on what is needed. Parking is a bit tricky here, but the main parking area for the centre is just around the corner past the shell garage, most of the time you should find at least one spot open. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them if you life near Tableview.
