I'm a big believer in keeping your cat indoors with supervised playtime outdoors if you haven't safeguarded your garden or have a catio.  We see so many tragedies with cats who roam, most of which could have been avoided completely had they not been outside their owners property.  However, I'm also a firm believer in providing a stimulating and interactive environment for your cats.  I've been searching for suitable cat trees for a while.  There are lovely varieties available in most shops, but they were all small...and a bit on the tedious side...Imagine my delight when I found Scratzme online  and saw their gigantic scratchers.  I decided to go all out and invest in Kiara's Empire.  Their service was impeccable and delivery time quick, considering Covid-issues and that I live on the other side of the country.  The workmanship on this tree is of excellent standard and my cats are thriving.

Fantastic product with so much attention to detail . I have five rescue cats and they love their Five Star cat condo . I place it in the sun at the window. Perfect lounging spot for lazy cats. Product is sturdy and well built and has withstood the rough treatment of five large adult kitties .

WOW! and that is because I cannot find another word to describe the cat tree from Scratzme.  Our Luna is inlove with her cat tree and it is the absolute perfect penthouse for the little missy.  The quality is exceptional, delivery was quick and communication from scratzme on order was frequent.  They kept me up to date and they delivered what was promised, an out of this world cat tree.  All cat moms and dads out there, spoil your furbaby with a cat tree fromscratzme you will never be sorry!

Ordered the Ritz before leaving SA and so glad I did. Our cat loves it! Only one little thing - the attached cheap plastic toys broke immediately. Given the quality of the tree, these toys were a bit disappointing- but thats all.

My cats have never been interested in using scratch posts or normal scratchers but I took a chance and got one of Ronel's Eco friendly scratchers.  My cats love it! The service to her customers and the care Ronel puts into her products is a breath of fresh air! Definitely will keep supporting her!

Ordered from them directly. The cat trees are well made and sturdy and delivery was very quick given that the furniture is made to order.

Charlotte was incedibly helpful, friendly and was genuinely interested in the two boys we adopted. She managed to get us a scratchhouse against the ods in no time at all. Thank you so much for the help! I would most definately reccomend their products.

I won't recommend them to anyone. They only interested in sales. When I sent an email regarding the dissatisfaction in the scratch post they delivered they didn't even bother to reply back. But with the initial order I placed Ronel emailed me back within a hour.

I loved my cat's furniture, but what I liked the most was how Charlotte treated me. She was so so so lovely! Now I will only buy furniture with her, she is the best!
