Hi There Guys... I was a never customer to this company their sales consultant came in on a cold calling bases promised us the moon stars & planets!!!, we signed up for a R345 package which includes 4 bottles of water included. here is where the fun begins we received the water dispenser on the 30/03/2023 with 1 bottle of water not 4 bottles as promised we were charged a bottle deposit which was never mentioned since that we never received any other bottles of water but we have been charged in full. we then queried with the sales consultant who mentioned the account was outstanding however sent me a screenshot of a 0 owing balance but according to them we outstanding!!! we were then told water was ordered again to date nothing when we called there's no orders on the system!!!! To the public here is some food for thought guys... the water dispenser rental that we were on was R345 per month bare in mind that the actual water dispenser unit/machine never becomes yours you just renting it!! where as you can actually buy the unit from another company for R2500.00 straight out & just buy your own water which depending on the company can rage from R50 to R70 versus renting & all the admin & inconvenience that can be caused by this company Aquazania!! If there were a minus star option we would give -100000 stars. be careful guys
I am only giving one star because I want to post a review. The accounts department is absolutely terrible. We are sent emails with an amount to pay, I keep asking send me a statement, I receive the previous months statement. I ask for an updated statement, none received. Only emails with an amount outstanding in the body. Our credit notes for returned bottles aren't deducted from the amount. I reply to every single email and communicate, but they are playing dumb. It is an absolute trainwreck. Horrible communication and inadequate staff, can't wait for our contract to end for the water dispenser
I had such an amazing experience! My water bottle and machine was delivered for my 7 day trial. I enjoyed having fresh cool water and decided to keep it and rent it. I'm am super happy and the service that Rina and thd rest of the staff has given me is phenomenal!
Absolute pleasure to deal with Aquazania! The order process for delivery etc. is seamless and very impressive!! Ive been recommending this to all my friends because there are bot many service providers in SA who pricing and service is as good!

Bad customer service . i ordered water and was scheduled to be delivered but on that day they didnt deliver or communicate when i call they advise water is out for delivery i waited for them until i got home very late and yet no delivery or communication as to advise that they wont be coming . the following morning i called again and they advised water is out for delivery . we had meetings and still no water we had to go and buy water wen else we made order and they delay with no communication . since i ask to speak to the manager in the morning even now shes still busy . i dont know what kind of unprofessional this people are . ignorance and not taking customers serious . management should up their game because wooow such disappointment.
The water ordering process is quick and easy. Love using this service. Our water always arrives on the date specified. Excellent service and fantastic tasting water!!!
Aquazani has been very helpful and understanding, I’ve appreciated their business and the water quality is great. It’s especially nice to always have water when it constantly gets cut.
We have 3 water dispensers at our business. Delivery of water and collection of empty bottles and service has been excellent. We highly recommend Aquazania!
Aquazania has been amazing, the only thing they need to work on a little better is there communication, other than that I have a great experience with the online ordering which is simple and works well, even though I asked for an old machine they refurbished it and it works like a dream
