This place closes at 16:30 on Fridays! I arrived at 16:30 because google says it closes at 17:00 on Friday. I was absolutely livid because I’d taken time off work to make sure I arrive before they closes. I would’ve absolutely lost it had it not been for Shaun, Link and Arby who understood my plight and came to the rescue. Thank you gentlemen. Great customer service. Please tell your incompetent IT department to update trading times on Google!!
Very helpful staff. Friendly and professional. No nonsense systems. Very good prices. Now that is a very good examle of how business must be conducted. If I could I would add more stars!!!!! Very well done!!!! Keep it up.
Generally well stocked as they carry a large variety but the waiting period between arriving and leaving can extend beyond an hour as you follow a queue to order and another to collect. Also cannot see cashiers screen so don't know prices unless you ask. Makes buying a bit difficult. Better if a second screen could face customers who can see their orders and make informed decisions. This will not only speed up the process but encourage more private customers to visit. Better if the self service store can be opened as well for smaller customers ,then less reliance on cashiers and fewer questions. A price list for business and ordinary customers will also help the process. Online ordering and payments, followed by collection would treble sales.
INDIVIDUALS ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM, THEIR PRIORITY IS BIG COMPANIES AND CONTRACTORS. Since I know how slow their lines can be I decided to send a request for quote via email, waited the whole day until I had to call and ask what's up... Got to be sent pillar to post while my airtime was getting wasted, when I finally got to speak to someone who was willimg to give me answers I got told salesmen are dealing with hundreds of quotes from big companies and constructors for them to deal with mine during the time i gave them9 am to 4:30 pm when I voiced out my displeasure at that bad service the guy told me bye before I could finish and slmaed the phone. Don't even ask me to email you, this is nit the first and last time, your service is bad. Period.
ARB service is absolutely shocking, bordering disgusting. The shop is full of customers with only two staff members slowly assisting, no regard for anyone, would rather all the customers stand in ose proximity then get off their arses from the offices and assist. No one in this facility gives a damn, there are far better suppliers our there.
Always out of stock of certain items and still wait for stock in despatch . Two things not so favorable. Otherwise staff are courteous and friendly. And they have a wide range.
We are very happy with ARB's service and quality of their products, especially during our last order, Shakeel Arumugam helped us with some online payment difficulties and made sure that our order was sent out and delivered the next day. Their stock quantity is sometimes an issue but Shakeel mentioned that I can let him know what we need and he can order it in for us even though it might show as out of stock on their website.
Shakeel was most helpful when I experienced problems with an online order. He responded promptly and assisted to resolve the issue very quickly. Thank you very much.
