I visit Guesthouses often and my stay at Arbez was superb. It's safe, luxurious with the friendliest staff. Definitely one of the best Guesthouses I have visited. Highly recommended.

My friends and I came to the place to get our massages done welcomed by a young lady who showed no smile and she wasn’t warm at all.....She couldn’t even offer anything to drink She didn’t make our welcome pleasant. The Two Ladies who massaged us Nthabiseng and Kayla gave us a warm welcome and the other guy who kept asking if we are still okay. I can say these three made up for the bad service the lady at the reception gave us. The massage was great we enjoyed every moment we are even planning on coming back...Kayla and Nthabiseng were exceptionally great However please at least train the reception lady to welcome people to the Spa and smile with customers you can’t be on your phone while attending people that’s just rude... But I had a great time

The place itself is beautiful, very tranquil. Only thing that put me off was the breakfast.

Lovely and peaceful. Very quiet and the rooms are perfect for business travel or just a quiet place to take some time out.
