Don't expect too much as all the rooms and not same, the standard of the rooms needs and bathrooms needs to be upgraded to the modern-day, not all the rooms have air-con, some have ceiling fans,some don't have a bar fridge, the service is also needs to be improved as not all the time one would be served breakfast. The WiFi signal is a bit problem. If you on a low cost budget maybe ... rather spend a bit more and book somewhere else. Great place if you ask me. The rooms were clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The downside is noise management. There was a party till 3 am in the morning with the guest running down the balcony, singing and chanting and breaking alcohol bottles. Other than that, it's great and affordable.Rooms: 4/5

Still needs to work on their provisions for conferences and facilitation. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious however there wasn't much of a variety. The place looks beautiful with the surrounding scenery. Comfortable accommodation but there were cockroachs

It's got all the basics things you'll need, staff is awesome, parking is in the open especially with a gate that's operated manually, anyone can open and close it. Plenty of rooms, but the shower wasn't so great.

Great place just booked in with my wife and child. We find the place like home away from home the staff is great the rooms are clean, the air conditioning works and the fridge works. Over and above the kindness you have given us keep up the great work..

Neat room. We didn't get enough blankets for our first night and it was quite chilly. We killed 4 cockroackes and got moved to another room which also had cockroackes. Looks great, but the rooms should probably be fumigated.Rooms: 3/5

I would recommend Arbor Park Lodge to anyone who is planning a sleep over in Tzaneen. The staff were were friendly, and were always keen to assist. The room was spotless with all amenities at hand. Thaks for a pleasant stay! See you again!
