Delicious and well-made proper food. Unique to the Hilton area, are the sour dough pizza bases. Such great flavour, 'chewiness', and consistency. The recently-launched lunch specials are incredible value-for-money and maintain the high level standard that the new Chef has implemented.
It was an average visit. The nachos were alright but there wasn't cheese in between the layers so once you're done with the top layer there's just plain nachos with beans and guacamole. The guacamole was tasty. The tacos were a bit underwhelming. The beef was tender, which was lovely but there wasn't enough spice in it so it was quite bland even with the consomme. The tacos also weren't crispy on the outside although they were fried so it was kind of soggy. There was a big overtone of a pepper flavor and that's about it. Meals do take some time to get to you.
It’s so sad, Artisan used to be the most amazing place to grab a traditional pizza and they always used to be great, there were a few mistakes along the way but forgivable and minor. But since Tribe came a long everything has gone so far down hill I don’t know if it’s ever going to get back to where it used to be. I’ve only ever order from Tribe once quite some time ago and I ordered a vegetarian thing but what I got had chicken in it. After the rebranding I was really hoping that the old Artisan was coming back but unfortunately it hasn’t. What on earth are these sourdough pizzas? They are like something that you’d get at any old restaurant, not at a once great pizzeria. I ordered one of the so called sourdough pizzas and sat with a roll of kitchen towel trying to soak up the vast amount of oil on it. Please go back to the old Artisan, the Artisan that made incredible pizzas, incredible pasta, delicious starters and divine deserts….Bring back old Artisan
This post is due to the 3rd disappointment I've experienced with this restaurant and even with speaking to Management at the restaurant, nothing changes. Sadly this place is not consistent. You either get great service and terrible food or average food and terrible service. The girl who helped was friendly and her service was good. This review is based on a pizza I ordered. It was truly aweful and I feel so disjointed that I actually paid money for what I got. I ordered take away. The restaurant was very quiet, Thursday night. The pizza was honestly terrible and had hardly any toppings on. I couldn't continue eating it. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is decorated well but it's not somewhere I'd recommend easily and will not eat or order from there again at my own discretion. Disappointed
Wonderful Italian restaurant located along the main road into Hilton. Beautifully decorated and the the music they play is superb! Both pizza and pasta are delicious and they have great specials all days of the week! Staff are friendly and inviting and it’s a divine place to take friends and family and enjoy the hustle and bustle of quaint little Hilton.
Bitterly disappointed with our dinner here today night. Friendly service but took forever to get our mains and when we did, the food was simply not up to scratch at all. Not a good start to your rebrand I’m afraid. We will not be back anytime soon. Vegetarian options: Some basic vegan and vegetarian options.
Drinks menu is awesome. The range of food is pretty vast and the taste is impeccable. The staff are so friendly and kind. Prices are very very fair and you get your moneys worth.
Great spot for a beer and pizza. Kids enjoyed the milkshakes as well. Thin base pizza was great - I'd like a bit more tomato sauce though

The most divine fish Tacos I have ever had. Fantastic service and value for money. Will definitely go back.
