A hidden gem in Howick! The food is absolutely amazing- I had the Mediterranean wrap and was left speechless! The service is good and the ambiance is very relaxed. Prices are reasonable and there are food options for all different tastebuds. I highly recommend visiting make a booking to secure your spot! I only remembered to take a photo after i’d scoffed down the first half of my wrap!

We've been twice. On both occasions we've had great service from the team. Very friendly and attentive. We were guests of my Dad, Eddie, who loves the Thursday fish and chips deal he gets every week, as a take-away. All our meals chicken, beef, fish and pasta dishes were very tasty, well presented and very reasonably priced. Thumbs up to you guys for An all round great experience.

Terrible operating hours. Never really open. Given up in supporting them.

Decided to stop in for lunch. They were running a special with a starter and main or main and dessert. Not badly priced and was really tasty. The venue does lack ambience and could have been cleaner. Crumbs on the floor. They weren't busy so the staff could easily have done a sweep around. Didn't put me off and will go back.

Lovely family restaurant with a personality of its own.Recently moved to New larger location. Dogs welcome.Dinner ,lunch ,tea or breakfast and favourity with to Howick locals.Highly recommend.

Great food, excellent happy knowledgeable staff who love their jobs. Service great. Busy restaurant in Howick and very popular. If you are visiting Howick, have lunch or dinner at Woodstone. Plenty of parking outside as well. One can eat outside on the deck or in the restaurant self. In winter there is a wood burning fire.

Lovely meal. Very reasonably priced and beautifully prepared. I had the prawn and calamari combo and everything was tender but I woud have liked a bit more of a sauce/butter with the prawns. Had a lovely, very helpful waitressFood: 4/5

My first visit at previous StJohns Village site was VERY disappointing. I was hesitant to visit the new venue to say the least. What can i say.... WOW!!!! Knocked it out of the park guys. Spectacular food, great service and very fair prices. My only regret was not ordering any seafood as it looks and smells incredible. I'll be back though. Very soon. Well done

I took two friends to lunch here. We had variously a chicken salad, a beef salad and fish and chips. All were delicious and filling. Highly recommended. No pictures unfortunately. Give them a try.
