I am very happy with their service from the security by the door when you enter up to the cashiers and i also got what i couldn't find from other stores which was the wipers for my car.

In my 25 years of frequenting motor spares shops, I have never encountered service quite as outstanding as the one I received today. From the moment I walked in, Dillon, the knowledgeable and attentive staff member who assisted me, made it his personal mission to ensure I purchased the correct brake pads for my vehicle. His dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty was truly impressive. But the exceptional service didn't stop there. Recognizing my need for immediate assistance, Dillon quickly made arrangements to install the brake pads on-site. This level of customer care and attention to detail is truly unparalleled in the industry. I cannot recommend Asa Midas Motor Spares highly enough. If you're in need of auto parts and top-notch service, look no further. The staff, especially Dillon, will make sure you leave with a smile on your face and absolute satisfaction.

A big Midas with great prices. Clean store. However since it is big you can struggle to find something. No one ever assists when you are looking for stuff on the shelves. I once even asked this one old guy to direct me where I might find something, and he told me straight he is busy. Without getting anyone else to assist me. I would rate the customer service a one.

Friendly staff and they are very helpful. I would suggest more staff at the pay point since it took a while but other than that was good.

I bought a toyota yaris fuel pump,it lasts me less then 2 months then it gave in,i took it back and they told me its damaged,and cant replaced it,it have a 1year warranty on it and packed up that quickly...,they dont even deserve half a star rating,that fuel pump costs me almost R600 and they just sent me away with a feeble of an excuse...,useless

It's unfortunate that with all the wonderful reviews I have to be the only one with a negative comment. The guy who was assisting me did not assist me at all because besides the fact that he was trying to get a picture of what I want he was helping other people that came after me. He totally ignored me when this other lady came with another one of his lady colleagues for his input, I don't want to mention his name but please he must be called to order. The guy with glasses and beard trimmings. Customer service has to be number one.
