Wow..... I am so impressed by the service received from the store, I needed a specific size mattress for our camping stretcher. I went there on Monday Vickey assisted me and said she will find out about the size I needed..... Not even 2 ours later she called me back and said they can assist however it may take 10 working days, I just mentioned that it would be great to have it for the long weekend but I don't mind if it's not ready. Wednesday at 13h15 she called me to collect.... Wow that is now going the extra mile, I really hope we deal with the store again. Well done

I have never had THIS kind of service that I received from Vicky at Ascot. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and went out of her way to help us to find just the right mattress. When we need a new bed again, that is where I will go. Thank yoU Vicky and Ascot for marvelous service!

We got the grand dutches and oh my,it is sooo luxurious. Love it. The service was wonderful. We had to return somepillows and they were so gracious and agreed to take them back. Really, i cannot express just how wonderful we found their service to be. Will definitely only buy from them going forward!

I’ve bought the Hip Zone Firm mattress 6 months ago now and I honestly cannot see myself reverting to any other brand! The first thing I noticed was how durable it was, which has made sleeping in my bed, an absolute breeze. The quality of my sleep has improved tremendously ever since my first night in this bed. I tend to get heat spots on me shoulders during sleep, so the mattress has helped me regulate a comfortable temperature, both through the warmer and cooler nights. The fabric of the mattress is soft to the touch, but still maintains it characteristics after all this time. Overall, the Ascot Beds & Furniture brand upholds; and even exceeds its own reputation. I’m looking forward to many, many deep sleeps to come!

What a wonderful experience in the Ascot Beds Alberton store. I am shopping for a mattress for myself for a long time now. But just got confused by all the offerings and salespeople pressuring me to buy without taking into consideration what I actually want. Vicki and Rosemary took their time with me and answer all my silly questions without letting me feel uncomfortable. They went out of their way to let me lay on the mattresses and test it without bugging me for a quick sale. Needless to say Ascot Beds got the deal, and I am a very happy customer. I will send all my friends to you. I even got a SMS thanking me for buying from them...That was amazing

Bought a three quarter bed last year and they deliver a bunk/wooden bed frame smaller than the mattress, which by the way I bought from them. I called the shop they tried to resolve the issue but guess what it's year later the bed is broken.
