Really good service! Good food and a very relaxing atmosphere.
I just entered this established was greeted friendly. Offered seating immediately the place was super busy but not to busy to attend to me. I was helped by a friendly white lady not dressed in uniform maybe owner manager. The food came almost immediately and it was perfect. I enjoyed my breakfast to the fullest it was on the go now i am on the go
Food was fine. Really poor service though. My order was incorrect at first. The bill took 15 minutes to come and then I was overcharged and given attitude when I asked for it to be corrected.
A very nice addition to Mugg & Bean in Meyersdal. Very trendy restaurant in a very popular and also trendy Shopping Centre in the heart of Meyersdal. Service is very good and waiters very friendly and efficiant. The only problem is that it is very noisy. The music is good but just to hard and therefore the customers have to raise there voices, wich makes it not a very pleasent atmosphere. Not a very good visit if it is a great meal you are looking for. Not very relaxing. The condiments were also dirty.
Ordered falafel burger without honey spice. Came with honey sauce. Waiter took back. kitchen removed garnish with honey spice and replaced. I was then served an ice cold burger . I told restraunt manager . He apologized & sat eating a cold burger . I was billed in full. Not right that i should pay for such poor service.
The best Mugg n Bean by far! Great food and service. Some of the waiters have been there since before it was even M&B and they greet you like family.
Great menu and staff. Set in a cozy shopping center. Excellent coffee.
Ordered 3 Alabama Chicken Paninos without the bacon. We did not want the beef or mushrooms instead of the bacon. We got a thick slice of bread with melted cheese, slices of tamatoes and 5 thin strips of chicken. There was a teaspoon of guacamole on the plate covered with slightly burnt chips. Ordered a falafel burger and the bun was burnt as well the chips. The burger was replaced but it was not great. Bad quality of food and not value for your money. Would not go there again.
The condiments where all dirty. I wiped them using my wet wipes. The spoon for the Latte had stains on it. The machine clearly doenst clean the cups properly because the cup had lipstick on it still. Our toast was burnt and we sent it back to get better toast. I actually had very high hopes for this place but I was so disappointed
Mugg&Beanw Meyersdal is a stand out Mugg&Bean. As a family we love the brand, but the Meyersdal branch is excellent all round! Their friendliness, helpfulness, great service, and their chefs definitely put love into every plate of food they send out. This is a reflection of the manager Casey that’s always present ensuring the customers get everything and more when they come to the restaurant. Nothing is ever too much asked for them no matter the request! Thank you Mugg&Bean Meyersdal for always making our experience something to look forward to!
